Customer service sucks big time.
Product is overpriced and any positive remarks regarding their controller is replaced by their rude, entitled and stubborn agent or agents replying their email.
When something goes wrong, don't expect them to do anything about it!
Item arrived in the UK fairly quickly and handed to Royal Mail. Royal Mail then lost my item and lied about it being delivered. After complaining to Royal Mail, they had the cheek to say 'it was left in a safe place'. I argued the fact, there is not safe place in London anymore and my item should not have been left unattended without my consent. I had to request a refund from 11mode which at first, understandably they did not issue a refund before formal investigations had taken place. As anyone in the UK knows, the MET Police do not investigate lost/stolen parcels. However, 11mode where very professional and issued a full refund after a few correspondences. Much respect to them.
So, i ordered this for my brand new VW Golf R Black Edition. Mk8.5 facelift.
I didnt note nor see anywhere that I would face custom charges from Australia of 30% and if I refuse it I lose 20% of the items costs.
A total JOKE, crap service, as all they care about is fraudulantly taking money off customers in either way.
I would avoid like hell and find a UK distributor. Safer and no rubbish attached.
Avoid this place as it makes NO difference to the sound of the exhaust.
