There were a few teething problems initially with transfering a site from another host, but to be fair, I don't really know what I'm doing so, probably down to me! They have been hosting my site over six months now without a glitch so I'd recommend them, and will be transfering another site to them soon. They are a lot cheaper than the competition!
The hosting service is really great and a top notch customer support.
Excellent swift service and very good value.
All good so far. Just wished it would had a phone support on India or at least 24x7 response to the tickets. Currently the responses are per UK time.
The terms and conditions are very clear. No hidden cost.
What amazed me with 121webhosting is their promptness in resolving any issues I faced during my long association with them. myself being with a small start-up plan, they were even ready to call from Lendon to my remote village in Kerala, (India) to solve my issues and help to grow my website. Probably the worst Hosting site ever. The customer care is worse than the Free hosts, they will take ages to solve an issue and will terminate your account without telling you any reasons. I am really disappointed. Spend a bit more and get a good host as they ain't worth anything.
