Initial impressions are good however I have cancelled subscription (used trial) and despite I am now charged £59.88 for something I have cancelled ( 123C-17500656851 ) used online form to contact the company - there is no phone number at all or online chat to speak to the customer service. The monthly price they show is £4.99 so I would expect at least the difference to be paid back. Just be careful with this site and trial option as a single card can become expensive disaster.

i like that julie and others at 123 greetings are customer-oriented. yes, the instructions should have been more clear between one month use, and years' charge. but i will go back and see if we can work something out. as i say, they were prompt with emails, concerns, etc.

I accepted a free trial as I urgently needed to send an e-card. There was very little choice but I made do with 2 cards thinking I would just pay for one month as I don’t want to abuse the free offer. However I was shocked to find I’d been charged for a whole year. I’ve emailed them. Let’s see how it goes!

I wanted to cancel my subscription but failed to meet the cut off point in due to my own incompetence.
The company contacted me to inform me that they had refunded me my money as a gesture of good will.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a negative review regarding 3 ecards I ordered. Immediately after, I unexpectedly received a full refund ! I really do appreciate them doing that for me. I don’t think it’s a scam anymore.. but I think there’s a couple things in the membership agreement description they should clarify. I requested a monthly membership not an annual. It’s just confusing how it’s worded which made it feel like a scam. I respect them for making it right with me.

Wanedr to send some ecard b'cards and after searching I found this site. 123ecards has a terrific selection for every occasion other than just b'days. They offered a trial period - 7_days up to 5 cards. So I began having FUN choosing many cards. After the trial they would charge you for yearly subscription. I could not afford this so they offered me
an extended trial 7 days. I took advantage of this and continued having FUN. After the triall, I told them possibly in near future i can subscribe to yearly program. Think the co is super. Thanks.

I sent ecard to friend as stating it was free and was told by her that she couldn't open unless she paid, total scam nothing free about this site and just lure you in with lies.

Absolute scam, tricks you into an annual subscription, and then charges you to cancel it. No one should go near it.
