First class service. I particularly appreciated the efficient returns policy when I decided to change to a different tyre.

Excellent service one of the best prices on the web. Took about 5 working days from ordering to delivery to my recommended fitter. Order tracker kept me informed of the progress even though it was all in German. However, using apps on google allowed easy translation. Would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Easy to use and cheapest by far for my Goodyear Ultimate winter tyres. Delivered to my choice of fitting partner within a matter of days.

The tyre arrived in 4 days just as advised. Was kept informed by text on the delivery day and time slot.

Never used this company before, I found them on a tyre review site. The service was brilliant and my tyres arrived really quickly. The price was the best I found online or anywhere. I could not recommend them enough, they sent plenty of emails to keep me updated with what was going on, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great tyres and cheapest I found online. Ordered on Monday received them the Monday after, quick delivery in my opinion taking into account that are delivered from Europe!!

I'm on the second order on this site and never had any issues. Always the items camed well packed and on time.

I ordered 4 winter tyres 5 days ago and paid by bank transfer on the same day. No email to confirm payment so I phoned them and they said payment hasn't been received. This is a lie. I have sent them proof of payment. I am now waiting to see if I get my tyres or if I will have to take action to recover my money. Lots of hassle, not worth the small saving. I will go back to Black Circles or MyTyres in future.

Great service and value for money, from ordering to receiving took five days delivered from the Netherlands.
If you are in no rush for ordering, check over several days as the price can rise and fall daily.

Will use again. As long as you don’t mind waiting a while on them coming then this is a good service. Cheap too.

Purchased Bridgestone Weather Control Tyres and the price and service were first class. It’s the second time I have used this company and will definitely use them again.

Purchased two front tyres for BMW, price was the best around, plus free delivery by DPD, which took 4 days. Would highly recommend using 123Tyres, I will be ordering 2 rear tyres in the new year!

It was time to invest in some all weather tyres for my Volvo XC70 and after looking at tyre reviews decided to go for Continental all season. 123tyres offered the tyres at the best price delivered so I clicked on BUY. It took less than a week (I bought Friday) to deliver and in that time I was constantly updated as to progress and final delivery by DPD.
In all I got the tyres I wanted at a price I could afford and only £10 per tyre to fit and balance, I saved a good amount.
Would definitely use 123Tyres again

Best tyre prices I found by far. Delivery free and very rapid by DPD. Suggested fitting price was £12 per wheel but was actually £15. Price set by fitter not 123tyres so up to the purchaser to check for himself before buying. However in my case the saving on tyre price heavily outweighed the extra £3. (I saved over 30% over the next best price I found).
Would highly recommend.

Bought 4 tyres online on the 6th Oct. Was chasing them for 1 week to get update on my order, customer service told that I should get email within 24/48h with dispatch date. After 96h no email sent, so called again and they said exactly the same: 24/48h with update - when I told them that I last time I called (few day ago) they said the same and now it has been 96h - they said it's taking at least 1 working day warehouse to reply with dispatch date. It was Friday morning 11th Oct.
I found other email than 123tyres and send question that I want update on my order. Haven't receive any answer back.
On Monday 14th at 8pm I received email from warehouse that items left warehouse and should be delivered on the 18th. Today I received tyres - 17th so happy with that.
It was tiring with chasing the update, haven't received enough information in the first week.

On the web site says "fast delivery" - they should change it or remove it or train "customer service" to chase orders or sent more detailed information about status of orders. Not happy at all with the service I am happy with tyres.

It looks like scam when customer service "don't know anything" especially with all bad reviews saying that it's a scam.

If you worried about your money pay through paypal.
If you want cheap good quality tyres that's good place to go.

I bought a tyre with them on 6th October, called numerous times and no one got back to me. It got to 15th October and it still had not arrived despite them taking the money, so I have now had to cancel it
