SCAM DO NOT USE!!!!
Scam. They do not sell what is on the website. Do not be tricked as I was. Ordered Cirro and received unknown clear substance with nicotine free liquid.
Sellers state they this is a nicotine shot. However, this is not what I ordered. They acknowledged that they do not stock Cirro and yet on website they are still selling it.
For me to have a refund I have to return the item and pay the postage. Apparently this is only £2. However, if sent signed for which I would to ensure that they received it, it would cost me over £5 according to Royal Mail. Do not see why I should have to pay and have the hassle of returning an item they clearly knew they did not stock!
Customer service appalling.
I have sent complaints to trading standards, citizens advice bureau and other agencies to inform them of this company miss selling items knowingly to customers.

SCAM
SCAM! Absolute rip off. Do not order from here. My product was out of stock so they sent something completely different, wrong VG/PG blend so can’t use it. Did not advise or query, just sent it. Will not send returns label and won’t refund. Reporting to Trading standards. Fuming.

Shop refuses to repair, replace or refund items.
I ordered a Smok - Veneno 225W E-Cigarette Kit - BLACK/RED on shop and received an whole other mod in the parcel (Smok Morph 219 kit ), we agreed that i keept the wrong mod in change for a little refund.

The mod was however faulty and the 510 connector became lose after a few months of use and now the shop refuses to replace it, repair it or refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
