Worst switching experience ever
I have ordered a 200/200 mb plan with free TP Link router. My switch has been scheduled on 6th Apr which is on a Sunday. In March I have raised a ticket to ask if I could get timely support if I encountered any issue during midnight while that's a Sunday as well. The customer service replied that 99 out of 100 switch have came out with no issue. However, I have encountered the following issues and till now (47 hours) no one is getting it fixed. Fortunately I Googled a way to connect to the default SSID so that I can write this review per request from 1310.
Issue #1 - None of the password stated on the router itself is correct.
Issue #2 - I cannot logon the admin console using any of the password stated on the router labels.
Issue #3 - On 6th Apr I did a few speed tests the speed was like 180/150 mbps on average. Today I did several speed tests and the speed dropped to 30/10 mbps on average!
I really don't understand why 1310 has 4.6 in Trustpilot while the services and supports are so poor! I'm really worrying about my Internet connection in coming 2 years as this plan involves a 2 years contract!
Nearly 2 years on and still going strong
We had full FTTP installed by 1310 nearly two years ago. We chose the 900Mbps/100Mbps package. We consistently get 873Mbps/96Mbps when running tests which is awesome. The service is very reliable, the longest outage we've had was about 5 hours and was caused by another company breaking the cables. It really does pay to use a company that are using their own equipment. Our contract is coming up for renewal shortly and we will definitely be renewing with 1301.io :-)

We have great service and value for our internet and VoIP line.

Very good in every respect though the speed did drop off noticeably for a week or more but its back up to speed now.

The worst company I have dealt with so far. They don’t keep their promise, there is no evening support, there is no weekend support. When you leave mail to them, they don’t reply. When you call them and lucky to speak someone, they say someone will call you but they don’t call you back at least 4-5 hours.
After all, when you ask cancellation as they don’t activate the line in time, they activate your line deliberately without informing you which leads the process on migration when you try to get broadband from another company
You don’t have right to affect people’s life. I would simply advise stay away from this supplier.

Great service but a first week hiccup
Great service, and really impressed with the set up and installation.
We had a couple of glitches within the first week which was a little disappointing, but I was assured it wasn’t down to the network. Working from home as well as not having a phone signal in the village meant that we heavily rely on a guaranteed service, and the first week was a little bit uncomfortable compared to a standard service from BT for all these years.
Saying that, the quality of service and the strength of the new signal is far outweighing a little hiccup.
