In order to get a max (5 Star) rating from me they have to preform in the above manner consistently, this was my first order from them.

Arrived on time. Products are wonderful--not the color I ordered but I'm okay with that!

The vape that I got doesn't even work, I charged up the batteries and the device and it still doesn't work.

I went to 180 smoke at 746 warden. Tim gave me a lesson on the vap got schooled today so professional. Taught me how to use it, work it, change coils. Great experience would recommend this store to anyone and everyone thanks Tim.

Way too expensive?? The products I’ve bought are great but now, the product prices are through the roof , my last purchase was a bottle of juice for $38 , and it was only a 60ml bottle . That’s ridiculous, nice knowing you guys , I’ll make sure me and my friends (your customers) will not return , nice knowing ya , cheers

This is a pretty classily place. Some vape shops are just dark and dingy. But this place is really nice. The service was awesome. The guy that helped me was really nice and took his time e planning things.

Your prices are absolutely atrocious.

For the vast majority of vapers, it is meant to be THE alternative to smoking due to cost. Your prices completely negate that incentive. I do not understand how anyone is willing to fork over $23 for every tiny 30ml bottle. I'm paying $20-30 for 120ml, and it's not the cheap stuff either, quality is great. That is a difference of nearly 400% in savings.

Really knowledgeable staff at the downtown store. First time vaper and they took the time to go through various options and being super patient with all the questions I had.
