I love this shop because of it's INCREDIBLY friendly staff. They're absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. I consistently use the same juice so I'm most likely just popping in but end up sticking around just to chat with the lovely people who work there.

180 Vape has excellent customer service. Only wish they would offer more products.

Run and managed by good people. 10/10 would recommend.

Vaping is certainly a whole new experience compared to smoking. The staff at Islington and Bloor have most often gone out of their way to assist and instruct. I’ve bought one dud vape that I didn’t care for, but everyone has their own preferences.
I keep going back; if I didn’t like it I’d be going elsewhere.

The staff were not engaging or interested in sale to me.

First of all I want to thank the nice friendly girl help me to buy my vape at young street. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. But she is very nice and helpful.
When i'my back to Toronto will go to her store again ...to thank her ...

Sorry to say, the quality of the cheaper e-cigerette devices, whether Cloudmaker Nano, or i-Care e- leaf, are not sturdy and long lasting, as the first one broke off while tightening the top part with the bottom one, the 2nd one side glass cracked when it fell off from my work table, resulting into leakage, and the company refused to either repair or replace the devices.
I still have those e-cig devices, and would be glad, if any of those could be repaired or replaced.

The guy was pretty cool and friendly. Your liquids are expensive though. 9/10 could improve with a larger variety of liquids.

I no longer purchase from 180 Smoke they stopped carrying my e- cigarettes with Cartomizers. Very disappointing.

I have been to a few vape stores in Toronto, several on younge street, vape 180 was the last stop for me I made my purchase there, the girl I was dealing with answered all my questions, took her time with me and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up her precious time
Can’t say that from the other vape stores
