My driving instructor was honestly the best. He always managed to fit me into his schedule, no matter how busy things got, and he explained everything in such clear detail that I never felt lost. On top of that, he was super punctual every single time, which made the lessons really smooth and stress-free. Learning with him felt easy and comfortable, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great experience with my instructor Asif. His patience and knowledge helped build my confidence and correct bad habits I'd picked up before learning with him. Would highly recommend to anyone learning to drive.

I’m happy about the learning experience. Kam is very patient and he explained all the details to me. By the way, his car is really nice and easy to handle all the difficult stuff like speed control and parking.

I passed my driving test on the first attempt and all thanks to my amazing instructor, Ismail. He is very patient and always corrects even the smallest mistakes to help you improve.

What makes Ismail special is that he’s not just focused on getting you to pass the test he wants you to become a safe and confident driver for life. During every lesson, he never wastes a minute. He makes sure you understand exactly how and where to apply your driving skills in real situations.

He is also very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. I always felt supported and comfortable during my lessons and I learned so much from him.

Adil was my instructor and within 2.5 weeks of consistent training I was able to successfully pass my driving test first time around. He was always very clear in his instructions and I genuinely think I will be a good driver because of him.

Before I started driving, I was dreading the idea. That was until I found 1driving Birmingham. My instructor was Asmah and she not only taught me everything. She tailored the lessons and went above and beyond in order to make sure i understand everything. She gave me constructive feedback and went through my errors with me in great detail. Even when I took a break for a year and went back to Square 1 and almost gave up altogether, she helped me get over my fears and helped me get test ready. And today on the 12th of June 2025, I passed my test a 10AM at garrets green. If your looking for an instructor in the Birmingham area, ask for asmah because without her I would be taking the bus. She's the best around I can promise that.

The instructors are very kind, helpful and patient. Teaching style is excellent. They have very nice cars too

Went from being really nervous and anxious to passing first time, I will forever be grateful to my instructor Sacdiya for providing me with the confidence I was lacking for so many years, Such a professional lady with immense experience and patience. I couldn’t recommend 1Driving.co.uk highly enough - especially my instructor, Asif, who was nothing short of incredible.

I came to 1Driving after trying two well-known driving schools, where I often felt unprepared and struggled to book more lessons. From the outset, 1Driving were a complete breath of fresh air: responsive, accommodating, and genuinely focused on helping me progress.

Asif went out of his way to make time for my lessons and even supported me in rebooking my test to a more reasonable date - soon enough to stay motivated, but with time to prepare properly. His background as a former DVSA driving examiner really showed. Unlike other instructors I'd worked with, he made a real effort to tailor his teaching to my learning style, adapting both the exercises and his communication to help me improve.

I’m not a natural driver, and even after many hours elsewhere, I still felt hesitant and uncomfortable behind the wheel. With Asif, not only did I pass my test on the first attempt, but - perhaps even more impressively - I now even enjoy driving.

What stood out most was the care and thought that characterises 1Driving's approach. Unlike many others, they’re not focused on taking on as many students as possible just to maximise earnings. Instead, they prioritise thorough, high-quality instruction and genuine support, which is incredibly rare to find.

KC is a fabulous instructor and I can't thank her enough for the tuition, encouragement and support she gave to my daughter. My daughter had two previous instructors but she remained very nervous and just wasn't progressing. When we switched to KC my daughter felt an immediate improvement in her tuition and her confidence just grew overnight. She passed with no majors and only 4 minors, and we can't thank KC enough. We also got help with booking a test to meet a particular time frame so can recommend for both tuition and help with test booking. Thank you so much for all your help KC. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor! Kasey was fantastic. From the very first lesson, she was so lovely and welcoming—it instantly put me at ease. She created such a fun environment that made me feel much more confident in my driving ability. Nina was an amazing instructor! So friendly, so knowledgeable and always made me feel at ease even before my exam, she was amazing at fitting in with my very hectic schedule and I can’t thank her enough for helping me pass on my first attempt! Had a fantastic experience with Asif at 1driving. He was a patient and responsive instructor, managed to fit classes in around my schedule and went the extra mile to help me to pass. I also managed to secure a test slot at short notice through the company so would highly recommend for both their test booking services and driving lessons.

Saadiya is an amazing instructor. I cannot recommend anyone more. She is patient, considerate and kind. She gages what her student needs through body language and good communication. After two other not so great instructors, I finally found the right one. With Saadiya, you will past your test well and become a confident driver.

I passed my driving test today thanks to Shazad. I had failed a few times but Shazad did not give up on me and his consistent encouragement was crucial in my journey and helped me get my licence. I am so thankful to him and I would recommend him to friends and family who wish to pass their practical. Once again, thank you Shazad for all your help.
