Left me 2000 miles from home stranded because they locked my card even after I called a week before letting them know I woukd be traveling. Had to call multiple times before being told I would have to wait 25 hours for card to be unlocked. Angry doesn't even describe how I felt!

I was written a personal check from a person that banks with First Financial Bank San Angelo , TX . I take to FFB San Angelo and was told since I do not bank there that there will be a 10$ charge . I’ve never been charged at any other bank in San Angelo for cashing a check that comes from the same bank . I always do that so I don’t have to wait for a check to clear and I can make sure it is good . Why does FFB do this , what is this charge for other than ripping off customers and ensuring potential customers that they will never bank there . I definitely never will and I will tell people that want to write me a check from FFB that there will be a 10$ fee . I could be like FFB and tell them it’s a 20$ fee and give myself an extra 10$ for absolutely nothing , but I have integrity!

Fraudulent and predatory. If you mail in payments they will process it a day after the due date so they can charge a late fee.

By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have had an account with them for almost 2 years, and they gave me a $250 starting limit. I recently paid the account down to $0, and they declined to raise my limit still. I make plenty every month, and all my other accounts will raise my limit besides them They lectured me for close to 30 minutes about why they can't even. This card is USELESS. Ridiculous rates, and terrible service. I will never refer anyone to this card.

Awful company that preys on students offering large lines of credit at exceedingly high interest rates. They don't care about the customer. Parents, do not allow your young adult children to fall into this trap. Avoid at all costs. Also be aware the one thing this company does do well is scrub the Internet of poor reviews. I have written many which have mysteriously disappeared.

Extremely predatory interest rates. They confirmed that even after my 6 year history as a customer, they will never be able to offer an interest rate less than 32.9% - this is over DOUBLE the average interest rates. They give credit cards to everyone who applies because they know they will make money off of them eventually. This card has an annual fee, no rewards, cannot offer lower interest rates, and does not care about customer loyalty. Also, the website is not compatible with Chrome, but even in Edge it is not a very user friendly site. Their update they made earlier this month did improve how the site looks, but navigating it is as hard as it has always been and some of the pages simply just do not load, likely due to a lack of investment in their online infrastructure.

I was a member since 2001, didn’t know much about APR % and needed to focus on education after HS graduation 2002. Graduate Alumni NC A&T 2010. I haven’t use this card since like 2011. All I did/ could afford is make the minimum monthly payment, and APR reach 29.99%. My credit improve all the years. I never received an email, phone call about promotions, lowering APR, etc. I finally was able to make balance transfers to get out because I wouldn’t never been able to pay off the balance of 12,000! Just be careful with this banking institution.
