I applied for a payday loan through…
I applied for a payday loan through this company who advertises as a direct lender. Why was my credit checked for a payday loan? The whole reason I'm applying for payday loans is because they don't require credit checks. Then you send my information to other loan companies, one who I already have a loan with. I did not want my information sent to anyone thats why I'm applying to direct lenders. Now I have all these weird numbers constantly calling me and texting my phone. Saying that you are a direct lender that only offers payday loans then send me an email saying i don't qualify for a personal loan through a whole other company that I didn't apply to is false advertisement. I'm also receiving emails from other company's that are clearly scams.
