"I am highly disappointed with 1SafeDriver.com. This business scraped my public traffic ticket records and mailed an open, un-enveloped postcard directly to my house. The postcard openly printed my private citation number and exact legal charges for anyone to see—including mail carriers, neighbors, or anyone handling my mail. While public data scraping may be legal in Florida, choosing to broadcast a consumer's sensitive legal citations on an open postcard is a massive breach of confidentiality. Because of these aggressive and invasive privacy practices, I will be taking my business to a different state-approved traffic school provider."

We understand that not everyone appreciates receiving an informational postcard after receiving a traffic citation.
Our mailings are sent using lawfully obtained public traffic citation records, a long-established practice used by many Florida traffic school providers. The citation number and county information are included so recipients can identify which citation the notice refers to and understand why they received it.
Our intent is not to embarrass or invade anyone's privacy, but to provide timely information about a state-approved option that may help eligible drivers avoid points and higher insurance costs.
