My EPA could not have been better with my lovely Assesor. She was incredible supportive through the whole process. The communication and format from 1st awards and assesor of the EPA was spot on.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better EPA experience. Helen, my assessor, was lovely, supportive and really put me at ease throughout. I’m also incredibly grateful to my fabulous apprenticeship tutor, Tina, for supporting me throughout the whole EPA journey. I liked that I could use real examples from my day-to-day practice and show how I adapt when things don’t go to plan.

It’s been a challenging journey, but achieving a Distinction in my Professional Discussion made it all worth it! I’m so proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m really grateful to Helen and the 1st Awards team for making such an important part of my journey such a positive experience.

Great experience and great assessor and trainer Aditya and James very knowledgeable and helpful. Learned alot and have used this skill i gained during my level 4 senior culinary chef in the kitchen im incharge off. Special thanks to Aditya.

I found that the employee's who helped me with completing my Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship were very helpful and friendly. I had a positive experience and have passed the exam I took with them! I would recommend working with 1st Awards!

Very helpful
Only worked with the team for a short period of time but everything was well organised and any issues resolved as quickly as possible.

My assessor Joanna was wonderful- she made me feel at ease during my end point assessments. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would use first awards again.

I completed my level 3 HR apprenticeship with 1st awards. They were amazing, my assessor was so lovely and put me at ease before my exam.

It was great experience, from start to finish. the staff and tutor work along side you to ensure that you not only pass the exams but also, understand each listen.

Had a great experience with 1st awards during my qualification assessments for apprenticeship. I was made to feel comfortable throughout my end Point Assessment. The assessment was carried out in a very professional manner, everything was explained prior to the assessment and expectations firmly set so I was fully aware of the environment I was walking into. The assessor was also approachable, fair and consistent, but didn't give anything away. The assessment where planned in well with plenty of time to prepare for both the written proposal and the project brief. I would defiantly recommend this route to anyone who is seeking more experience and guidance, whilst having the aspirations of being a leader.

My EPA experience with 1st Awards was absolutely fantastic. They were made aware of some additional factors which made the timescales quite tricky to work with and pulled out all the stops to make the experience as smooth and efficient as possible. I thoroughly recommend 1st Awards as Independent End Point Assessors, in particular Tracey Sajno and Rachel Shrimpton, who were beyond helpful and supportive.
