1st Fix Maintenance Services Ltd Opiniones 

Used 1st fix to decorate two rooms recently (kitchen and living room). The work was very good and broadly in line with expectations. Other plus points I would flag were: (1) they were quick to issue a quote, (2) compared to other quotes I had received, this quote was very clear (3) work started and finished when they said it would, (4) they were happy to accommodate changes along the way, (5) they communicated well by email, due to personal circumstances this was critical for me as I was rarely on site.

If looking for development points to balance against the above, I would say in a few areas they made a decision without checking first in advance when I had assumed they would. Therefore, if something is truly critical then discuss in advance with them. In my case, as indicated above, I was rarely on site so more advance discussion may have occurred if I had been.

In summary, very happy with their work and style of communication. Hoping to use again in the future.

I am delighted by the recent work done through 1st Fix Maintenance Services Ltd to enhance our property. From first assessment meeting, through to task completion everyone I dealt with was friendly and business-like. The quote given was accurate and very fair for the work undertaken, and even though the English August weather caused delays to finishing, progress was good and I was given clear updates as it went along. The eventual outcome went beyond what I had hoped for at the initial briefing discussion and I am very happy to recommend this company.

Having rung and arranged that morning, Craig arrived at the end of the day and fixed the leaking toilet. He was polite, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend their (and his) services to anyone.

From the head office to the plumber, First Fix truly understand the importance of excellent customer service, honouring their word so not leaving you hanging and taking into consideration personal challenges that might compromise a smooth running appointment if not respected and acknowledged.

As someone who runs their own business and therefore comes into contact with company inefficiencies everyday, I am highly impressed and plenty refreshed to have found First Fix.

I once again went to 1st fix as my choice of supplier, and once again am delighted with the level of service and speed at which an appointment could be confirmed (on a Saturday morning), in the challenging time frame I imposed.
I hadn't met the tradesman before, but he was polite, on time and considerate. He offered to take his shoes off before entering the flat as he could see it had just been cleaned. He performed the job, answered my questions about what he was doing and why and didn't waste anyone's time.

!st Fix were able to attend to replace a wall switch for a dishwasher on the same day I called them. The electrician arrived within the stated time and was polite, very efficient and obviously very competent--he had the old switch out and a new one wired in with minimum disruption. I would be very happy to use them again and would recommend their service.

After a nerve racking start with the fuse box tripping constantly. I phoned 1st Fix and they got an electrician out within a few hours. When he visited he was knowledgeable and helpful. When the quoted works was carried he did so in a speedy and efficient manner. The work was completed really quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I would be recommend them.

When I phone 1st fix maintenance office to do some work the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and the rest of the staff as well was very polite and helpful too, the handy Man that did the job was good and he was very polite too, the job was done exactly to what I had requested, thanks from Theresa ,

They fitted a 3 phase power circuit. When they visited the guys were knowledgeable and helpful in their suggestions- more so than any of the other quotes that I received. The work was completed really quickly and with a minimum of fuss and on top of that they helped out free of charge on one or two other issues. I would be delighted to work with them again.

Aspire are the managing agent for many properties in South West London and we use 1st fix as our number 1 preferred supplier for all trades. They are prompt and friendly and their prices always keep the landlords happy. We would recommend them to anyone.

1st Fix changed a ceiling light for me. They were able to come quickly, did a good job, were pleasant to deal with and no issues.

I liked having the office as a point of contact for getting information and making the appointment. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful - and patient with my hundred and one questions!. She sent an email confirmation in advance and afterwards emailed an invoice for documentation (I got a copy of the worksheet on the spot). It was very efficient.

The fee is reasonable. There's a minimum of one hour for a visit. I think this is fair, and better than some other people's call-out charges. If you have any other jobs that you can include you might want to ask whether they can be done together during the time. I had only the ceiling light and I think it was worth it because I needed someone quickly and they were very good.

I don't think the job was a difficult one but they were quick, efficient and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more really.

Called to find and fix a water leak. It was a difficult job to find the leak under the floor but they managed this and made a good job fixing the pipes. So pleased that we are now getting more work done that we had been putting off.

Nice to find such a good company with a personal touch. From dealing with Laura on the 'phone to meeting Hassan it was excellent service from start to finish.

I was changing the halogen bulbs in the rather loose light fitting in the hall which then shorted and blew all the lights to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. I called 1st Fix who came out later that day. The lights were fixed and the light fitting securely refastened to the ceiling all within the hour. The whole repair job was done for a very reasonable £80 & VAT (Total £96). Friendly efficient service by Hassan (the engineer) as well as Laura who I spoke to, to make the booking. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

I gave 1st fix a call for a gas and boiler pre-purchase check, and again I was happy with the company. I used them before for an electrical check and was very happy with the service provided.
They quickly fitted me into a spot and the engineer was polite and came on time.
Paper work was send over quickly and the the office staff was friendly too.
A good swift service, I really can't complain.

Received phone call from company following posting of job on rated people.com. They were able to do the job with little notice and the engineer came within the two hour window I was given and completed the job quickly (I can't comment on quality as it was just a service, but we haven't had any problems). However, I was unaware that the quote did not include VAT so a £65 bill turned into an £78 bill.
