The moving truck had to park down the street because of construction. Long walk with every box. They just put on music from someone's phone and kept a steady pace the whole time. No complaints about the extra distance.
So my toddler kept "helping" by handing random toys to the movers from First Moving Company. They could've been annoyed but nope. One guy even pretended the rubber duck was heavy. Kiddo was thrilled. Me too honestly.
My new building has a door that requires a code to enter. The landlord gave me the wrong code. First Moving Company was stuck outside for twenty minutes. When i finally let them in, they just said "happens all the time". No anger. No passive aggression. Just got to work.
