I purchased the ITIL Foundation course and exam from 1Training several months ago and have yet to receive the exam docket necessary to sit for the exam. Despite multiple attempts to contact 1Training, they have not resolved the issue, and the course has now expired. Given that 1Training promotes itself as a reputable training provider, their failure to fulfill their obligations is misleading and has caused significant distress. I have already contacted ASA and People Cert with a formal complaint.

An interesting selection of courses to introduce you to areas not previously studied either as a hobby or to start in another career direction.

Supportive customer service. They quickly answered my queries and fixed the issues I had.

They do not respond to emails, complaints. Can’t get them on the phone.

The purpose of most if not all of the training they offer is to get certified/ qualified.

If you want a qualification or certification, be best to avoid this company as they do not issue exam vouchers. I have been waiting for 8 months. I am escalating my complaint through PeopleCert/ Axelos and hope that they lose their license to continue selling their courses.

Great course content, easy to understand.

I was initially mis sold a course. The training company should have known that they could not provide 12 months to complete the course when it was expiring in 6. They did upgrade my course due to their error. However…

I have now been waiting 8 months for my exam, yes 8 months.

I have sent numerous emails, half of which do not get responded, they’ve breached GDPR in handling my personal information.

Please don’t be fooled with the number of good and positive reviews they have. They offer free courses if you leave them a good review.

The entire process was fast and efficient and incredibly edifying.

I work in special needs/the education sector and have done for 10 years; so statutory online training is something I have done a lot of.

The SEND Diploma 1Training offers gave an absolutely brilliant over-view of all current social policy, social policy administration and the most exciting part for me - was the in-depth legal information that has provided a bedrock to my work in SEND as both a Senco and a Deputy Senco where policy legalities are a pre-requisite. It goes right back to the Warnock Report in 1979 which was the catalyst for the special needs policy we have today. It also clarifies the nuances within funding and the respective areas that educators need to know to do their job effectively.

I have referred to the knowledge learned during the course on innumerable occasions and this really is second to none, exceeding all expectations at the time. As someone who has a BSc from a university degree taken back in the days when university delivery was superlative - my expectations were high.

It was relatively easy to access the information and to submit the exam at the end; a mark came back very quickly and I am very happy that I found 1Training who I did review at the time online - because it really was a wholesome experience when the company - I believe - was fairly new to the field.

I am looking forward to returning to them for more CPD and ongoing learning due to both the process and the content of the training delivered.

Website is easy to navigate. The courses are packaged in easy to understand lessons which prepares you well for the final test. I did a diploma in Admin and I found their course material and support quite helpful.
