Ordered in Feb, and have allowed "up to 21 working days" as per their website. We're now we are in mid April, no responses to emails, no answer on the phone and the website is down so I assume they've folded. I've raised a claim via my card company. Avoid!

Ordered a cushion from 1wall.com. Was dispatched the following day and arrived today, well packaged and as advertised. The product was also competitively priced. Would use again.

I am having the worst experience with 1wall.

I ordered a rose champagne bottle on a mirrored background with a steel frame.

Nearly a month after ordering I have received -

A bright pink (hot pink) bottle of champagne - nothing like the image of the listing

In a brushed chrome Matt finish with a cracked frame

With glue bleeding a centimetre from the bottle edge on one side and the bottom, honestly, it looks like a school art project from a young child, not a £150 piece of art

I wrote an email explaining, no reply after several hours

I tried to call, however after a few rings the line cuts you off with a message saying too busy

So I tried to message over social and received this in reply - almost questioning what I have said rather than apologising and putting things right?!-

“We have only received one mail at 10.30 today...our phones are ringing as normal... our team incredibly busy processing orders.”

So very poor indeed and I’m getting nowhere, thus this review of proceedings so far.

Hopefully it helps all those other “new” customers before they spend money to get the same experience I am receiving from 1wall

So disappointed. I have a 1wall print in 5 rooms in our home, a better response and a resolution may have gone a long way here?...

It’s rare I ever do a review but I feel I must. I ordered my two new pictures from 1wall. I did it without checking reviews like I normally do. I have been caught out a couple of times in the past with scams and had to fight to get money back. However I didn’t this time and stupidly checked the reviews after I had ordered. The main lot of reviews all come up negative and I thought here we go again. However I held out hope as the initial correspondence from the company was very good and explained waiting times etc. Well today my pictures turned up earlier than anticipated. They were well packaged and pictures not damaged. The pictures are beautifully framed and all the hanging hooks perfectly in line. The pictures themselves surpassed my expectations being far far better quality than I thought and am over the moon with them. I have been looking a long time for the right pictures and these are great quality at a good price. Well done 1wall I am a very happy customer

Waited weeks for my picture then had email to say on its way 2 weeks later no delivery sent messages almost daily reply was it will be there tomorrow 2 weeks of this and still now picture

I'm so disappointed with this company.
We ordered a large framed picture which took over 3 weeks to arrive.
Within less than this time we had made to measure fitted large wardrobes made and delivered!
I rang customer services to see when the picture would be delivered and I found the girl I spoke with to be rude and patronising.
This was my first bad experience with this company and as a new customer I wasn't impressed at all with the way I had been spoken to.
Finally the picture was received, I was so excited to get it but upon opening it we saw the frame was very different to the one pictured on the website.
We ordered the silver 3 step frame shown on the image to be completely silver in colour and very modern.
The one we received was a gold sort of colour and slightly more vintage looking.
This was not what we needed to match the decor in the room and not what we expected.
I attached images of the advertised frame and an image of the one we received to an email and asked if we could swap to a new silver frame.
A few days later I received a response from customer services (which I suspect is the same girl as the tone was once again unapologetic and uninterested)
I was sent a link to a page on their website describing their frames (something you would have to hunt to find) it stated the silver 3 step frame is indeed nothing like how it is pictured.
Why is this so? Why is the picture and the title so misleading? If it is a gold /champagne frame why not post a genuine picture for people to view and change the title of it?
All I was told was I could send the picture back for a refund. This will be costly and time consuming, it is a large picture and I will need to buy packing materials, bubble wrap, book a courier etc..
I emailed straight back and said I am so disappointed with the whole experience and is this the best customer services could offer.
Two days later I have received no response. Given my experience so far I'm not surprised.
Be careful with this company, if something goes wrong they aren't interested. I would advise anyone to shop elsewherew where hopefully you will be treated with a little more courtesy as a customer.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review usually far too busy but I had to take the time to write this. The Sylvia Binet 3 monkeys in a bath picture was stunning. Beautifully and carefully packaged. Frame lovely quality completely flawless. 1wall I can vouch for where a good company. I called them to make an enquiry they answered phone straight away great customer service.
My partners 40th birthday present so it was important. So so pleased

An absolute pathetic firm, ordered a print and on trying to complete my purchase at checkout was informed they only post to mainland GB, when I contacted them about posting to Northern Ireland which is still part of UK they refused to help, even with me offering to pay any postage supplement their carrier may charge them. In fact they were actually very rude to me.
In a way I'm thankful they are such a useless little firm, as I managed to source the exact same products from another company at a lesser price. Dont be fooled by this grubby little firms constant sales and claims of 20% or even 40% discounts, they are ripping you off, shop around the exact same products are available elsewhere cheaper than this lot's supposed sale prices.

First time ordering from this company and wasn't disappointed.

Just purchased some wall art recently it's fab a great store and great sales team

I ordered 2 prints off 1 wall and they were delivered yesterday. I've not ordered from this company before and came across them by accident. I was looking for something a little more bespoke regarding prints and wall art. My prints were 90x90 and 75x75. There is a wide and varied selection of frames/depths/colours to choose from included in the price. I opted for the Metallic and Silver deep frames.

Firstly, there is a huge selection of prints to choose from on their website and they sell other accessories. There is plenty of choice for everyone's taste and I was looking for something contemporary. My prints were very well packaged, but nothing could have prepared me for how stunning they would look! Both prints have a 3D effect, and the frames compliment them beautifully. They are sturdy, well made and very good quality. You may be paying more than your average print, but believe me, it is money well spent

I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering more prints in the future.
