Sent a faulty product and haven't been contactable. No response to emails, can't get through on the phone. No customer service present because they know they provide poor quality, it would seem. Cheap for a reason, shop elsewhere.

I have received a faulty kitchen tap
I have received a faulty kitchen tap. Tried reaching out to the store but despite multiple e-mails there is no response. The phone number is redirected to voice mail. I have incurred additional cost for plumber that I won’t be able to recover.

To name just few issues

Below answer from this company is totally untrue. I have emails and SMS messages to prove the opposite. Anyhow, no point discussing here. See you at the mediation.
To name just few issues: false advertising, inappropriate handling of returns, lack of communication and customer service. After 3 weeks of trying to return incorrect items without success, the matter is with ACCC now.
BTW Mr.Mahmoud Khodr is the person that has given 5 stars here and the person that communicated with me over the phone and emails from this company.

Despite this, we've attempted to accommodate your request to return the items, even offering to cover return shipping costs. However, it's clear from our communications that you have not yet attempted to return the items. Instead choosing to keep them and demanding a refund.
You also frequently contacted our sales team, expressing strong rudeness in a language our staff found difficult to understand, which complicated their efforts to assist you with the return process.
We've proposed multiple solutions, including a no-cost, convenient pickup from your location, which you declined. It appears you are choosing to keep the products without following our agreed return process.
Additionally, you mentioned that if a refund was not processed within 30 minutes, you would leave a negative review.
Please understand, our policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our customers. We encourage you to return the items as initially agreed so we can resolve this matter promptly.
