I had spoken to Calum via WhatsApp since an initial contact on Chrono24. He has been both knowledgeable and focused on customer contact since the first message. The level of his contact has been incredibly courteous and never pushy. I visited the office yesterday to look at the watches I was interested in. Getting there was so easy from Oxford Circus, and I was soon collected by Calum from the concierge and taken to the office. The watches I was interested in buying were ready to look at. I had already received a great offer in part exchange for my Rolex which I was more than happy with. My experience was great and I will return for sure. Maybe next time Calum will remember to get me a drink 🤣
