Pleasant Journey!
We used them twice, when we flew into London Heathrow and also from our hotel to Heathrow. For both trips, our drivers were not only on-time, but early waiting for us at the arrival terminal and right in front of our apartment. Both times, the vehicles we were driven in were spotless and so clean. Our driver arrived very smartly dressed and was very courteous ahead of time in a Mercedes, we were very impressed.
We would certainly use this company again if flying into London.

Professional, competent and reliable
After reading reviews on different transfer companies we decided to go with London Airport Transfers. We didn't want any hassels when arriving late in the evening and asked for a quote on their webpage. The next day we got a professional reply, accepted the quote, paid online and got a confirmation with the drivers name, his phone number and the license plate.
Upon arrival and a short wait (we arrived early) we were met by our driver who took us to our hotel without any problem. I do recommend this company.
