Item not delivered and no money back. This was from facebook. Nasty people, say that they returned the money, but did not. Several months has passed.

If you look at woostroid2 for a garden item it's still selling on line this is the one I had dealings with on 24hr shopping it's good at telling you all is well I was taken in don't you do the same

I ordered a Makita chainsaw and it was never delivered. They claimed a shipping error was to blame and said a refund would arrive in three working days, but this never happened. Never responded to my emails or answered my calls. AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered a Fridge and I am still waiting on delivery. Wish came on here first before ordering, now I have to get my money back via my bank. I AM SO ANGRY!!!

They should be done for fraud!

Loads of promises of delivery. Then discount, then a full refund!

Nothing back at all, now going to Barclay card for a clawback.

Ordered strimmer with promised delivery date then 10 % discount for late delivery then full refund for no delivery. Later emails ignored telephone not answered. Do not use this company

Ordered a lawnmower on the 21st June, given tracking number and delivery date of July 7th. Later given new delivery date of 10th July via email. Asked for order to be cancelled and full refund be given. Received email from Kevin saying full refund +10% would go back into my account within 3 days. Waited 5 days and no refund, no answer to phone calls or emails now. Banks fraud dept now looking into it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR GADGETHOOD.

Purchased a Karcher told problem with delivery firm, had to get money back from credit card company.

Purchased a Flymo lawnmower with credit card but was informed after waiting weeks on delivery that as the courier company had let them down I would receive a refund plus 10% due to hassle.
I was told on the 8th July it would be in account in 3 working days and nothing yet. I have emailed and phoned to no avail so I will get in touch with credit card company to see what they can do.
I should have learned by this time to look up Trustpilot first before ordering.

I purchased a Metabo DH330 from this company. They stated 5 working day delivery on the website, but it then became more than 2 weeks and finally it was not delivered. Their tracked delivery company is shipping-kingdom.com which does no tracking. Eventually I had to open a dispute with my credit card bank who promptly refunded my money. Now 11 days after their stated delivery date I have no more information.

I would therefore regard this company and their delivery company as SCAM...!

Placed order (like so many of these other reviewers) and again not received the item (garden shredder) Complete fake organisation. Like so many others, i received tracking details, item didn't arrive so messaged them only to be given another date - didn't arrive.

Ordered a mower from a Google advert. Shipping company’s website went offline and no reply to emails or calls. Unfortunately it’s a scam website which I have now reported to Amex.

Scam site. I only wish that I had checked on here first. Fake site that will take your money and send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to a courier site. Your item will not arrive and the courier site will cease to exist. My bank is investigating too. I've also reported the site on Google.

Purchased an item from them and have no further update from them. They are not returning my calls or emails. I am starting to get suspicious. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Scammers dont go near them ...you won't receive anything...absolutely shocking they are still trading or should.i.say stealing money....my bank is investigating them....

Scam money taken now can't get a response to phone or email

Absolutely shocking that this company is scamming everyone. Ordered a k4 pressure washer 27th June, money was taken and was then emailed 2 days later that it had been shipped. Could track it up until 14th July, then the shipping kingdom website stops working.And your bank statement will show Gadgethood.com. Was due to be delivered on 10th July. They don't reply to emails or calls. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY. Has been reported to my bank, who are investigating.

Thieving gits! Glossy website, order email responses with personal names (of people who probably don't exist). After that, nothing. Phone doesn't work, transport tracking doesn't work, emails don't get responded to.
