Zino at 25dollarsupport isn't just one of the best: he's one of a kind. I'm one of those who just doesn't get it when it comes to computers. Because I've been scammed online (just recently, in fact, when I bought software from scammers posing as Microsoft), I used to take my computer only to local shops, leave it for days, then pay a hefty price when picked it up. Now I call 25dollarsupport and Zeno goes to work immediately. He's there when I need him and I trust him implicitly. There's no computer problem he can't fix. And no limit to how much time he'll take to do it right--at no extra charge. He actually called the scumbags and demanded they refund my money! (Bet you know how that turned out...) Then he showed me all the realistic-looking scam websites and taught me how spot the fakes. Would your computer guy do that? This is the first non-book review I've ever written and it'll probably be my last, but Zino's exceptional. He'll restore your computer and your faith in one phone call.

I have used 25dollarsupport for about three years. Zino appears to be the main technician that knows everything about computer support. If i have a problem, I cannot repair, I call Zino. The troubles Zino has repaired were mostly significant problems. I have some technical capability I can repair on my own. However, I remember one issue that took Zino several hours to repair. He stayed with the problem until my system was one-hundred percent again. I do pay for an annual repair contract. Zino will call once a month to check in with you, and run a few preventative scans to see if your system is running properly. I would not trust anyone except Zino to have remote access to my computer. Zino is honest, and does exceptional technical support for a troubled computer. Thank you Zino for your helpful repair and computer support.

The best and most trusted remote tech support I have ever used, I have been using Zino from this company and is my GO to Guy for any problem I cannot solve myself. He is the most reasonable and trustworthy tech. on the planet. The best!!!!

I've wasted countless hours researching and trying to fix my own computer problems until I ran across 25dollarsupport. He did all the things I spent hours trying myself in about 5 minutes and then took it to a whole other level and kept going until he got it fixed. I am so impressed with his skills fixing 2 of our employee's computers that we now have his logo on our back-office website for our hundreds of contractors.

I was very frustrated with my Hp 6500A Plus Printer trying to reset it. Every effort failed! As a last resort (if this didn't work I'm buying a new printer!!!!)I googled how people fixed their issues, and one stood out. A young lady said she contacted $25 Dollar Tech support and they fixed it.

I had exhausted all of my personal efforts to debug my computer and reconnect my WIFI printer. Between my limited knowledge, You Tube and numerous virus scans I was getting nowhere. In a desperate attempt to avoid a costly call to the Geek squad I decided to give 25dollarsupport a call. The best computer maintenance call I've ever made in My life. I thought I was going to have to ditch my computer and buy another, after an hour or so Zino had my computer running like new. I was a little skeptical about turning over control for the remote fix, but in hind sight it was the best thing I could have done. For the time that he spent on my computer I though for sure that $25 was going to double or triple (Which would still have been less than I expected to pay the Geek Squad), but he did it all and stayed true to their name, $25. I was so impressed that I purchased a tear long retainer contract, around $140.00, which covers repairs not only to my computer, but also my Ipod, Ipad, and Kindle. Zino calls me up monthly to check in just to make sure everything is running smoothly, and fixes my screw ups, helps with any problem installations or just simply answers my IT questions, all covered under my annual contract. THe best Technology decision I have ever made. I highly recommend this company to any and everyone.

Had a really bad problem with a Lenovo all in one with windows 10, black screen and would not boot, could not get into safe mode, completely dead in the water. Contacted 25dollarsupport and left a message and was just about to take the unit to the Geek Squad when Zeno called me and offered to help. These guys are awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. It took a few tries but Zeno guided me so we could get into safe mode and then fix the problem. We are so pleased, we gladly paid the $25 fee and added a $10 tip. 25dollarsupport not only fixed our problem but eliminated a trip to the Geek Squad, most likely a 2 week wait and $100 or more to do what we did in less than an hour for $25. I could not be more pleased or offer a stronger recommendation for his company. Your risk is extremely low with his company so take the chance, it sure worked for us, GT

I believe in honesty. I only used 25 dollar support for the 1st time yesterday. Got goobzo bug--nasty! I saw their ad, called and got Zino live--in real time!--and he went to work immediately. Tonight,he followed up--a value added service the company provides. It's only been 2 days for the computer, but so far no bug; otherwise, too early to know much more, computerwise. However, I know enough now to give 5 stars for customer service. They (Zino, in my case ) answered the phone and fixed my computer right then!!! And at a price I can afford! Tonight, follow up consisted of helping me with my incompetence--the box is bug free and faster than before, but it's only 2 days and counting, so stay tuned, But I'm in danger of getting hooked on service like this. If the whole company performs like Zino so far, using this company is a no brainer. I'm a tech dunce and need a nerd in my back pocket, but up till now, I couldn't afford the luxury. Nobody told me to say this, but from my heart, I suggest you give 25 dollar support a try.

The one I speak to is Zino, he's fantastic. Anytime I have a problem I send a message to him, he gets to me right away or until I recall him for the monthly check.
Today I had a problem with my mouse pad...drive me nuts, the top didn't work, the bottom left actted as the top.. Again he fixed it.
I've had his service for 5-6-7?? months and will never be with out him.

I'm telling you all, get him, his service...you can not go wrong.
He's my computer specialist forever..
