Fuyez! Vraiment, fuyez ce site. Après avoir été serieux, ce site est devenu frauduleux. Achat d'un cadre en Décembre 2025, et là plus rien ne va. Tout simplement plus aucune communication une fois le paiement effectué. Après deux mois de relances régulières et sans aucun retour du site, j'ai dû faire une demande de contentieux et c'est ma banque qui a récupéré le paiement.

It's definitely an unreliable site. I can't get in touch with them. I placed an order and can't cancel it. I think they're scammers.

I've made an order, paid for it, got confirmation email and thats it, radio silence since then (about 3 months now) safe to say I was ripped off. Stay absolutely clear of these thieves

I ordered a bike 10 days ago and haven’t received any update since. Right after placing the order, I immediately wanted to cancel it, but I never received any response to my emails, messages, or calls.

The site doesn’t seem to fulfill any orders anymore.
At this point, the only options seem to be requesting a chargeback from your bank or taking legal action.
The same issue seems to be happening on their Polish site rowerowy.com.

I ordered a rim from them on Jun 13, 2025 and since happened nothing. They didnt respond or update my order status.
My money is probably gone.

This website is not a good shop anymore. It’s a SCAM.
When you placed an order and payed for it, they looking for the availability of the products you’re buying. And then never replied to your request.

Scammers. I orderd a bicycle frame I haven't received after 5 months. Do not order anything here.

I ordered a bike part from the site and didn't happen anything with my order even after 3 days (Processing). So I checked all the reviews about the site and thought I got scammed.. Luckily after my review bombing everywhere and after threaten them with police I got almost an instant answer about that if I want a refund sure, just let them know. I already contacted them 3 times before that, so lmao. Overall don't recommend at all to order from this shady site, probably 8/10 people will be scammed

It’s a scam!!!!! I ordered two items and still haven’t got. Trying to get in touch with them and no response at all. Like ghost site. Everything is in stock, but nothing gets shipped out. Just het message that workers gonna look for item availability in wearhouse.
And there order stucks and nothing happens further!
Same happened when I tried to order from nsbikes.com homepage.

I placed an order 23 February this year. Order value around 350 EUR, unfortunately I paid when order was placed with my credit card.

They made no progress with the order. And because they were unable to deliver I persuaded them to cancel the order.

The order was cancelled but they do not refund my money. I have sent a lot of reminders. It's very rare to get a reply from their customer service. The reply's only consists of lame excuses and attempts at stalling the process.

They stole my money! It's illegal and fraudulent behavior. It's been two months since the order was cancelled. Simply unacceptable.

Highly do not recommend to buy on this website.
1) Items are listed as “in stock,” but nothing has been shipped since April 2025;
2) No one responds to my messages;
3) None of the phone numbers provided on the site are working.

I strongly do not recommend this store. I ordered items from the Polish equivalent of rowerowy.com over a month ago, and I still haven’t received the package or any clear update about the delivery. The products were listed as “available from supplier,” but that basically means “maybe someday.”

Customer service? Terrible. My messages were ignored, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get a reply. It’s clear they have zero respect for the customer.

This store takes orders without having the products or any intention of solving issues. A total waste of time, money, and nerves. Avoid at all costs.

2 weeks since ordered a Leatt fullface helmet that are in their stock as they say on their website - heard nothing yet. Have e-mailed them - have low hope though after reading all reviews here. I will not hesitate to make legal actions if they don´t respond soon and send the helmet or give me my money back. Will also contact Leatt to tell them that their retailer are dragging their brand down...

This is a scam site, do not buy anything from them. I have ordered dartmoor primal frame in December 2024 and after not getting the frame in three months I cancelled the order and still didn't receive the refund even though I was told I will receive refund within 14 days. They are liars and thieves so don't let them fool you too.

Ordered a frame, a month of "it's ok, we will send it in a couple of days", then decided to cancel the order, no money returned. Nothing but fraud. Asked the manufacturer (NS bikes) for help, they tried to convince me that I'll get my money back, but it seems that they are in the same scheme, too. Explaining everything with "hard times for the industry" but with this behavior I doubt that the times will get better for them.
