Just to clarify, the product description on our website does state that this tingle contains bronzer/DHA, and the full ingredients list is also shown before purchase. It’s a tingle lotion with a light bronzing element, so results can vary depending on skin type and application.

I give 4 stars just now as i have only used really used a couple of times but i can see a bit of a differece. As i was white. love the textures and the smell is Amazing. I only have one problem, The watermelon Gel tub I wasnt happy when I opened it.. I was a bit annoyed as it wasnt even half full 😔 Thats my only problem. I would say used a couple of uses and it will b empty 😔

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is not great. Products are good but I value service over everything. My parcel went missing I flagged issues with their currier DPD they were dismissed and excused despite the inconvenience. They didn’t care to look into the issue and left me resolve it while telling me this is my fault. Was just a very poor experience and I will look for alternatives going forward. Won’t shop here again.

After reviewing your order and our previous conversations, your parcel was redirected by DPD to the nearest Pickup Shop. This was done automatically by the courier based on their delivery settings and the information held on your DPD profile. We completely understand how confusing this felt, especially when the updates you received from DPD didn’t match what was happening.
Throughout our emails, we shared the tracking details, explained how DPD’s redirection process works, and helped you locate the parcel. You later confirmed that the information from DPD was incorrect and that the parcel was safely available for collection, which we were glad to hear.
While we always aim to support our customers as much as possible, we don’t have control over DPD’s internal decisions once a parcel is in their network. I’m sorry that this situation left you feeling let down, as that was never our intention.
If you ever choose to shop with us again, we’d be more than happy to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
