I attempted to request a quote to move my mothers things from Detroit to my home in Alexandria. They called me multiple times a day for three days straight. I am a teacher and unable to take calls during most of the business day and having all the missed calls was annoying but not problematic. That, sadly, was the most pleasant part of dealing with this company. I called them back and was transferred to a gentlemen who gave an extremely hard sell before I gave him my requirements and told him I was not ready to schedule anything immediately but was instead simply gathering information I would then use to make a decision with my family. He never gave me a quote but instead asked what I might think a fair rate. I shared my number and asked what he thought they might charge based on the information share. He said "no one is going to move her things for less than 2k". For reference she has one armchair, one bookshelf, one love seat and a full sized mattress. I simply told him after that, "no thanks, I don't think we will be using your service." Then, as I was attempting to say thank you and disconnect he said, "Yeah, fine, go burn your mothers stuff then."
I have NEVER had anyone speak to me like that while attempting to transact business in my life! Add to this the fact that I called back to attempt to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor was busy, there was no department for that, and that they could not share a supervisors name or number. This is OUTRAGEOUS and they should not be permitted to operate at all. I would not wish a call or an attempt to do business with these people to my worst enemy, or even a rabid dog. RUN, do not walk to another option for this service.

Do not call even for a quote. Employees are horribly mean and the entire experience felt extremely scammy. I called in to get a quote for a move that won't happen for a few months. The first person who I called with was relatively pleasant and was going to give me a quote for a general square footage since I did not have an inventory list. But then he forwarded the call on to another person who was absolutely horrible. He essentially kept pressuring me to sign a contract and kept badgering me when I said I would like to have some more time to consider, as I was calling in to gather some quotes and do research on the behalf of someone else. He then tried to use basic scammy manipulative language to try and guilt then scare me into signing a contract. When I said that I was just relaying the quoted number onto the person I was calling for, he kept saying that "wouldn't ____ want the lowest rate, so you should just sign". The moving companies they sold my info to also continuously called me when that was not what I consented to. The person started to mock me when I was conveying my uncertainty and then became plain aggressive.

It took almost 10 minutes holding to get a woman on the phone. At first, she would not accept that the information that came up on their caller ID was not me. Then she would not allow me to speak with someone who could give me a quote without personal information.
In the end, she decided to end the call because she did not like my answers.
You should be able to get a quote without giving out your personal information until you are contracting for services.
This is a terrible business model.

Horrible decision. I was connected with movers right away to get a quote. Oh and over 20 calls from unknown callers and bots every day since.

No way to retract phone number. I feel like I’m going to have to change my phone number.

Why did I ever fill out their online form? Why, why, WHY? Oh, I'll tell you why. We were moving in a couple weeks, and I was having a difficult time finding people to come help us load our truck. So, I searched movers in my local area, and their AD popped up. This should have been my first warning, but I did it anyway. I was desperate. This was a cry for help.

Within 10 minutes I received the first of what would seem like an eternity of phone calls. The guy spent some time asking me questions about the move and what items we were moving. Then he put me on hold to get a quote together. Came back with a reasonable quote, but I told him I needed to think about it overnight, and if he'd give me a good number to reach him at, I'd call him.

HE HUNG UP.

So, in my mind, I'm like nah fam. It's over. This relationship is tainted. But guess what? Someone else called me the next day. I told her I wasn't dealing with them because of the treatment I received, and after some back and forth, and telling her I wanted to be removed from their call list, I had to be the one to end the call.

Was it over? Of course not. Because that would be a world in which good things happened to me.

Received another call about an hour later. Tried to tell the guy I wasn't interested, and then he said "you know, I'm just not going to waste my time", and then he hung up on me.

Well guess what? They ARE wasting their time, because 2 weeks AFTER we have moved, they still keep calling. And calling. And calling. I finally answered one of the calls, and the guy is like "so you need some help with your upcoming move?" I'm like dude, we already moved. And then he said... "Did another moving company pay you to say that?"

The nerve. The freaking nerve of these people. Please. For the love of all that is sacred and holy, do not - I repeat, DO NOT FILL OUT THEIR FORM.

I signed up online for a website that connects you to various movers. I found a mover but 2 Movers called me 3 days later after I signed up. When I spoke with a representative and said I was good I found someone he tried to keep on the phone and I said I'm good and had to go and he surprisingly said, "k have a good day B*tch." Was not expecting that one. This company should not be business. D

I called in for a quote and the representative was trying to pressure me to move forward. I told the representative I was no longer interested and did not need any further assistance but the representative was persistent and would not let me get off the phone until I ended the call. For the next week I am continuing to be harassed daily by multiple carriers calling for business, even after I have called in and talked to 2 Movers to stop these calls. The representative took my information and shared it without my without my permission. I am disappointed and did not receive good customer service, would not recommend.

Totally ripped me off. Guys who showed up struggled with some of the pieces. Dropped my entertainment stand, and damaged my dining room chair that I'm still making payments on. Pointed it out and he said oh sorry.

Quoted me $450 on the phone. Then sent me an email (I didn't read it honestly because it was a last minute move booked 48 hours before, and I was busy working and packing) that I would also be charged for 2.5 hours of travel time, 135 for gas and a truck cleaning fee. Why not tell me this on the phone and just sneak it into an email attachment. When they arrived they had me (in a hurry) sign a paper but apparently one of the line items they asked me to sign was giving them permission to package what they thought needed it......which they apparently thought was everything (instead of just the TVs that he mentioned when I asked what I was signing). So they wrapped everything, I mean everything with plastic wrap and I was charged for the wrap, the bubble wrap, cardboard, etc. Because they wrapped everything, it also took them 8 hours to move my stuff instead of 4 plus the 2.5 hours of travel time. They stopped to eat on the way and I was charged through that 30 minutes as well.. I was charged 10.5 hours total at $99 an hour, plus all the other stuff. The $450 turned into $1800. They held my stuff hostage in the truck until I paid them through Zelle. I called the supervisor who was no help. He said I should have read my email (which didn't include the wrapping cost obviously- or the extra 4 hours it took them). I wouldn't have minded as much if it was just the fuel charge. But truck cleaning fee when my stuff was all wrapped up and didn't even touch the damn truck.

Do not use these people!!! Find anyone else but them!

Looked like a nice website, professionallh done, modern, minimalistic. There were some minor errors. I clicked on it because the ad said they are cheaper than budget truck rentals. I regret I ever put my info in the box. I got 15 calls in a day from all kinds of movers. First one ended up wasting my time, first vetting me, transferring me to "the real salesman", who engaged me getting my information in the minutest detail, like what exact items I wish to bring from which room, and then hardselling me on a price that ended up being higher than budget truck rentals, even after the super amazing manager discount from corporate office. I am not amused. I am now spending time not picking up my phone, trying to wait out the avalanche of calls from different moving companies.

I think 2movers can be more effective by trying to pre-vet me more beforehand and only send movers who will already know what type of moving service I need exactly along with the budget, and get all the info beforehand and not waste my time with different bids from near-cold calling moving companies trying to get my bid.

Two stars because while not absolutely terrible, it's not satisfactory either.

Not movers. Scammers who helped to fleece thousands off of my elderly and ailing aunt. They along with America’s Moving and Storage ran a whole scam on her. Terrible!!!

Avoid. Totally misleading, not a company but rather a database that you can't get out of.
I received one call immediately and I was told I'd have to pay for a minimum of 4 hours worth of work at a per hour rate, even though the job would take half the time. Just for the guy to turn the not finaxially fesible part from me to him after I say can afford it but I refuse to pay double. And from there the calls just get more and more distasteful. Im just gonna be using the block option alot more.

William was very nice at first then when I told him it was too much he said apparently you can't afford to move and hung up the phone. I also found out they're not movers, it's a data base that finds you a mover and they get a commission.

First they kept raising the fee. Then they showed up in a U-Haul truck that was too small to carry our stuff had to spend an additional $1,000 to ship rest of it got to destination my stuff was missing damaged and I got other people's stuff. Do not use them under any circumstances they are a rip off

Would not email me a quote for my move and insisted that I give them my billing information. I said that I am shopping around and just want a quote and they hung up on me.

I am getting a massive amount of calls - 12 calls in 2 hours W.T.F. - I am NOT using them for this reason alone.

I was in the process of filling out info on their website but when I saw they're asking for my phone number only to get a quote, I hesitated. I typed my number but didn't hit submit. Even still, I received a phone call from someone with thick accent, asking for more info and then directed me to someone else. He asked for the same info and more, put me on hold to get a quote and rushed me to give him my credit card number and when I said no, he got mad that he's been on hold all day. They still keep calling multiple times a day!!!

Do not use this service. They will spam and scam you. It is relentless. I regret ever opening their website.

HORRIBLE - not even a moving company but a website that sells your information!

I put in my contact details on their website and started to get harassed by calls ( and still am ). In the last 6 hours I have over 50 calls from all different kinds of companies. I call the number on their website and it directs me to a different random moving company and same with the number in their email. Zero way to contact this horrible service that has ruined my day.

I was trying to get moving quotes for moving from Texas to Alabama in December of 2022 (I'm calling August 2022). I received a call from an overseas call center who then transferred me to an unknown man (their calls are recorded so I'm sure they can find it if need be). I respectfully told the young man I was trying to get a quote for a move from TX to AL and he said "I'll be right back. Let me get your quote". He came back and quoted me $2,700 plus a $791 deposit to lock it in. Once I told him I was only shopping around and didn't want to buy it right now, he insisted I purchase it during this phone call. I again reminded him I was only shopping around and that's when the games began. He became so rude I almost cussed him out. he proceeded to tell me, and I wish I was making this up, "Stop calling moving companies requesting quotes. You're wasting all of our time if you just call wanting a quote and don't want to spend any money. If you want to move in December, then when you call, be ready to lock it in and put down a deposit. If not, don't bother. Goodbye, don't call again". I cannot find a customer service number for them so I can report this so this is the next best thing. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. Do not fill out their quote form, nothing. I cannot believe they are still in business. Absolutely disgusting and shameful to treat your potential clients in this way. They should be ashamed of themselves.
