Nick and his team were very helpful and prompt with designing our website.

I am so very grateful for Nick and his team! He was so very patient with me as I wanted to embrace our ideas and I had to regularly get approval from our board (we are nonprofit). He was able to capture the vision and paid attention to every little detail until we felt completely satisfied! I read some other reviews, but I have communicated with many other developers and the price here is very economical for everything and the commitment to customer service sets 360 DigitalBay a cut above the rest. Thank you Nick and team for everything, we love our new website and are thankful we chose your hosting platform as it’s much more affordable than what we were using (GoDaddy). 10 out of 10 , thanks!!

The worst experience, 360digitalbay is a scam. I had an agreement with them to build my site. They built my site which was not functional and I paid per agreement. They had asked 150 for hosting the site, but they increased the rate to 200 with no notice, and when I told them I wanted to go to another company for hosting and I needed my website files to take to another vendor, they refused to give me, even though I paid for it.

Customer service has been outstanding! The process was extremely easy! I gave my requirements, timeline, and expectations. After a few business days....the team sent me a draft. WOW!! I was impressed. The #1 thing I loved about this process was the communication between myself and the team. I would recommend this company to any business small or large! I am a very small company (Disabled Veteran), and they took time and effort to make my website "Top Notch"!!! Extra Thank you to Rob & Nick!! Semper Fi, Jon C.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Everything started off great until we ran into some bumps. I spent HOURS trying to resolve without much help. All Nick could tell me was "you can look into that". I hired them to build a website to display Real Estate properties. What a mess of an experience! Now we have a website that isn't done and won't even do what we need it to do ($600 later with no option of a refund). RUNNNNN the other way from this company. All seems good upfront but if you run into any kind of issue, consider yourself out of luck. SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

RUN BEFORE IT'S TO LATE!!!!
I had a website built by 360 Digital Bay and it has been an absolute nightmare to get issues addressed. I finally got tired of asking to have things fixed. I have since reached out to another company locally to have my Website rebuilt from scratch. I made multiple phone calls and sent multiple messages to get things resolved, yet I received responses like "I will pass that on to the developers to get looked at" with no attempt to check if the issue was resolved. I gave multiple opportunities to fix things and continuously got pushed away. I was Promised an informative website with full editing Functionality and online booking. I cannot edit or add images to the galleries nor was the correct information included in my online booking. I had simply gotten tired of asking to have things fixed with no corrections made. I was then told "you have full access to your site its just you are unable to manage it." Instead of addressing the issues they offer me a Maintenance Package as an upsell. After reaching my limit I asked for a refund for a failure to meet expectations and failure to provide the services promised. To which they responded "your site has been up for two months so we cannot give a refund"! Instead they tried to offer multiple "FREE PERKS"! Before you consider having 360 Digital Bay build your website take my Experience into account! I WILL NEVER CONSIDER THEM FOR ANOTHER PROJECT!
