Lying scumbags charged me way more than was advised I called them they said they would refund $117 back off of the order and I would still get the goods in 24 hours no goods came no money refund and stole $347 don't use them they are total scum

Tried to place order, said declined due to bank error. Then received email saying 3 bottles on the way at twice the cost of stated and when i checked credit card it was debited for $270.00 instead of the $99.90 it should have been if the order had gone through. Customer servicve non existent. Pure scam.

Horrible experience. Like everyone else I was charged double for my order and signed up to the "automatic refill program" which I did not sign up for. I disputed the second charge through the chat on their website and they offered me a 50% refund, which I refused. I told them I would send the product back when I receive it. Absolutely disgusting company, scam after scam after scam. I did receive the original product I ordered, one bottle of Skincell. However, when it arrived the bottle was just broken glass. I had to work to get my money back, they will not make it easy for you in the hopes that you will just go quietly. It took me 7 times communicating with them through chat, 6 different emails from me and 1 phone call where I threatened a class action and said they all belong in jail. Their email is not the one advertised on their website. They will tell you that they are receiving your emails but your emails contain no attachments (next scam). Keep going though. I can confirm I received a refund for my first purchase which arrived broken. Now to fight the automatic refill deduction, I have not received the product for this second charge.

These guys are extremely dishonest and should be shut-down. Firstly, during checkout they deliberately don't display the total cost until after you have paid for the product. Secondly, they automatically sign you up to an automatic repeat delivery, without making it clear that you have agreed to this. In order to get a refund you need to return the product to the UK at your own expense.

How either of these actions is legal is beyond me. On top of that, their products don't work and certainly aren't worth the cost.

i ordered and paid on 30th Dec 2022, got email that package will be shipped out of USA on 3rd Jan 2023... i called DHL who was to handled the shipping, DHL say i must contact 360 Nutrients because they haven't receive the package as yet. they don't respond to emails or live chats... scammers

Ordered on the 9th December 2022, still waiting, Live chat room "closed" THIS IS A SCAM, DONT ORDER

Went through all the reviews and exactly what happened with me. Opt out for the 5 bottle special - thought I would first try only 1 bottle. Got charged for 5 bottles and a few days later another debit goes of my bank. I have still not received my order. Order placed and paid 22 Dec 2022.

They took money out twice and have not delivered the product now taking money again
Was supposed to be a monthly thing but in less than three weeks are charging again

These people are scammers.
The product costs do much then you have to pay extra for speed shipping
I paid for this product two months ago and I have not received anything!
How do you do research on these scammers
Who do you believe ...I lost such alot of money!

There should be a ZERO star rating. I placed an order, my money (too much actually) was grabbed from my account very quickly but I’ve never received the product. All emails are unanswered and the courier says the tracking number doesn’t exist.

They are a big scam. They are misleading people by false advertising. I have raised a dispute with my bank Hope i get my money back .

Okay, yes this is a scam site. I tonight ordered the buy three get two free without doing due diligence and checking the company out. Once I saw the charge come through, I immediately used the contact item on the page. I received an immediate response telling me they charged what I ordered, looking back on the page it can be read as what they charged, very mischievous advertising. However when asking to cancel, they said "We can make an exception and offer you a 50% refund for your order if you decide to keep it. This way you can keep the product and test it at a special price.". I accepted the offer of 50% refund and immediately received an email saying the refund (of the correct 50%) had been processed and would take the standard 6-10 working days. Only time will tell if the refund comes through.

After reading this site of additional charges for refills, I once again went on their chat site and received the following reply "I have deactivated your account, which means you will not be billed anymore and we will not send anymore product."

Also please note the charge appears to be exactly 10% higher which I presume is GST. Wonder if the Aus Govt ever sees that.

I suggest anyone who have purchased from this rogue company, immediately use the chat and get confirmation that your account is closed.

Footnote: The 50% refund back on the card within two days, so they were true to their word here.

They first didn't send the goods I payed for. Then they didn't send the amount I payed for. I now the are not responding at all.

Absolutely fraud. I would like people to know. Don't order from these people. I'm still waiting for my refund. They aren't answering my emails. I didn't even complete my order but they still took my money. A disgrace😡

Absolutely a scam...contacted the bank to stop payment but was unable to ...too late, PLEASE.... !!! PLEASE ....PLEASE BE AWARE of this site.!!!!!!....
uses NZ Celebrities to advertise, says it is in NZ money, 1 jar & then you click no, but get told you have 5 jars coming & try & change & it locks you in....& then you find out it is USD....return is to a UK address...... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE :(

i ordered on 2nd December and like many others thought i was buying 1 bottle got charged for 5 and was $352 AU i think i may have been a bit more fortunate than many others i actually did receive the order on the 7th January whether the gummies work or not i cant really say but i have lost a couple of kg probably more because after reading all the info re keto diets etc i stopped eating junk food every day i contacted them this evening and was told i have a auto refill with i immediately disputed and was sent an email with cancellation number etc i checked my card no other deductions at this stage and contacted the bank in Aust all they can do is cancel my card if any charges appear which is a complete pain and nuisance like many others i wouldn't advise dealing with this company unless you like grief

SCAM!!!!! I ordered one bottle of Keto according to their advert and was charged double and was advised they'll send a mail with a tracking number in 48hours, six days later nothing has come through, follow ups done. Do yourself a favor and don't use these people. I'm filling a police report now.

Like everyone else on here I wish I'd done some research before purchasing. I totally got done and was charged 3x the amount I'd signed up. Got told I couldn't get a refund because I'd agreed to t'd and c's. Whether I actually get any products is another story. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! Unethical and disgusting.

How do they manage to deduct the money off your bank without approval on the banking app??

This is so scary. Total scam, I bought this product and they charged me double. Got the product and it does nothing. I then get an email to say I opted in for a refill which I did not. They were going to charge my account. I got onto the chat and they were ignoring my messages so I told them I was going to go to the federal police about their scam. They then cancelled my future orders. I'm praying they actually cancelled it. Why are they still getting away with this 🥲
