I would like to warn everyone not to use this people, they are scams. Since I ordered on the 14th of December to date haven't received anything, I called DHL eCommerce to establish the movement with tracking number they gave me, I was told that there is nothing linked to the number. Be aware of this company, it's a scam

Scammers!
Do not buy anything through this company. They charge in US dollars after advertising to be Australian company and then they don’t send products. They have no conscience at all. What goes around comes around and bad karma is heading their way. Stay away!

Total waste of money. Tried to return product no return email or support. Also got caught with an automatic refill. Hooked me twice unfortunately….

Since I've written my previous review I had a promise my money would be returned...but no action on my bank account.

I'm thinking of putting a negative review of 360 on every Keto online group I can find.

If all disgruntled customers post on their Social platforms it might stop others from losing their money

This company will not return any messages, dishonestly overcharged, and cannot be contacted to correct or refund . Ordered one item was charged for 5 and Have not received any items at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Scam. Bunch of thiefs. I wanted 1 x bottle for 39 dollars and they billed 325 dollars for 5 bottles. Immediately contacted thwm to cancel and they refuse to cancel my order. SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Overcharged me by over $100, none of their contact live chats, phone numbers or emails work. They will not respond to my requests. Terrible business ripping off people who are already struggling

I just received 3 bottles instead of 4 and only 30 gummies in each bottle. At 2 gummies daily each bottle
lasts 15 days. I paid AU$269 plus AU$59 for postage which they say is free, for something that will last me a mere 45 days. This is definitely a SCAM site. DO NOT BUY. Please! You can purchase a bottle of 60 Keto Gummies from Ebay that will last you 30 days for as little as AU$21.99. I found the product only too late, after I ordered from 360 scam. By the way they advertise on Australian site, but charge you in American dollars. There is nothing in the 360 Keto gummies that will help suppress appetite or speed ketosis, only doing the Keto diet will make you lose weight. Once you body starts using your fat deposits you will not feel hungry, therefore you will eat less in small portions, That will cause you to lose weight. All of 360 incredible weight losses are lies to draw you into buying their Scam rubbish Keto Gummies. Again don't fall for the hype. It is all a BIG bunch of clever lies in advertising! What I received are just plain Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, NOT what was advertised,at a cost of AU$ 110.dollars for a bottle of 30. You can buy Haircare Bear Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies 60 pack for AU$30 from a supermarket like Woolworths, that contain Pomegranite and Beetroot, to suppress appetite. The 360 Apple scam does not. Also quickly cancel your Credit Card, otherwise they will automatically charge you again! Please contact Fraud Watch ,and lodge your complaint and experience. Where it states company just type in personal.

same as everyone else what pissed me off as they used a new zealand Ex well known people, that sort of convinced me to give it a try but they took out 2 payments and i only noticed the lower one first, when i went back and said i wanted a refund they said they would but nothing and now there chat has gone.
i feel like such a fool for something trying a quick fix, definitely learnt my lesson, now back to trying to loose the weight the normal way.

fraude. you have to enter you credit card first, to see what the cost would be... but surprise... you are fully charged, on the full price not the promotion. ... and to add on the frustration, even if you call them right away to cancel the order they can't.
took over 4 weeks to receive it. product it not even approuved by any medical certification... no idea what's in the gummies... bad sevice on the chat,

i ordered 1 bottle for 680 rand when my card payment went through they knocked me for 221 dollars.. cant get hold of them.

My review is actually 0… placed an order 4 mths ago, thinking I was paying in Aus Dollars but it’s actually US, so I paid a little under $500 au and have never received my order… can not get hold of anyone to talk to…. Please do NOT place an order with this company.

They offer multiple bottles for a discount in Aust dollars and then when you complete the purchase it has changed to the full amount in USD, then after the original purchase they will continue to take payments from your bank account until you realise and have to cancel your card. No replies to emails and no customer help provided. Total scam, do not give them your details

Do not trust this company. Will charge you money for good that you never agreed to. Will never send you a refund. Steer well clear.

BIG SCAMMER
After purchasing my first gummy weight loss I was auto subscribed for auto refill.
On 15/11/22 spoke to the online chat advising that I did not realise that auto refilled and if they can cancel my order..the online chat advised due to order has been processed they cannot refund or cancel..they told me that they can offer 50% refund but can still receive the full order cause it's already processed. I got an email with tracking number in 17/12/22 but no delivery until today I went online chat again and they told me that they have processed the full refund on 15/11/22 but in fact only refund 50%. They insisted that full payment made on that day. If I don't follow up on this I would have lost my money 😤
These people are totally misleading. Never trusted or recommended anyone to buy..

This company is a scam . I bought guns in rands but it later deducted 3400 from my account and it’s not an South African company. This is revealed after they stole from you

Do you think this is a scam? I ordered 1 free bottle of Keto gummies and upgraded it to a more potent gummie, when prompted, for a cost of $9.99. I was getting a free product I'll pay the company something! I entered my credit card details and a Thank you Congratulations on you purchase of 5 bottles of Keto gummies at a cost of $249.55 popped up. I at no stage had the opportunity to check or confirm my order. Then I find out that is in US$ and my credit card has been charged $406 AUD. I spoke with the company via chat room immediately. They cannot cancel the order and give me a refund. They can help by refunding half the amount charged to my creditcard and still send me 5 bottles. Not a bad solution you might say! However remember I only ever wanted 1 Freee bottle. I can only wonder how this company can continue to operate! I have contacted my bank to initiate a dispute in an attempt to get my money back. You decide Scam or no Scam!
