Respuesta de 360 World Travel
Dear Mr Parsons,
Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify that the address mentioned in your review, 56 Gloucester Road, Kensington, is not our business address.
Our registered business contact address is 3–5 Violat Road, Norwich, United Kingdom. We believe there may have been a confusion between our business and another establishment.
As your review raises concerns about the legitimacy of a business at a different address, we kindly ask you to verify that you have reviewed the correct company before making such serious allegations.
We take our reputation and the trust of our customers very seriously and believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the correct business and the customer's actual experience.
We would appreciate it if you could review the details and amend or remove your review if it was intended for another business.
Kind regards,
360 World Travel Ltd
