I previously left a 1-star review due to issues that have since been completely resolved. The new director has gone above and beyond to make things right, and my experience has been fantastic since the change in management. I'm very happy to update this to 5 stars! I feel as though my business is valued and that's really important when we invest in a company to invest in our own growth. The 3d visage is rather spectacular!!

Mel from 3D has been absolutely incredible from the first contact with her! I’ve been in talks with her about buying some devices for my clinic for over a year and she has been extremely patient, super helpful, friendly and supportive.

I have spoken to many other manufacturers who really give the hard sell, are extremely pushy and have felt pressured by others in the past. However, Mel has been entirely different and this has been a key contributing factor in my decision to choose 3D. I attended an in person demo at HQ and was welcomed from start to finish by Mel and the wider team, with no question unanswered and a comprehensive demo with both hands on elements and educational presentations. If you’re looking for excellent devices and customer care that goes above and beyond then head to 3D aesthetics!

Review for Lesielle UK that this company owns - ordered on the 6th April as to which my payment was accepted and money was taken. 2 weeks later, still nothing delivered despite it saying 48-72hrs online. Messaged via the website 4 times, messaged on instagram, (no replies on any), and so finally resorted to messaging on LinkedIn. A kind lady on LinkedIn who works for Lesielle in France then kindly replied to me and said it wasn’t her domain but she would email and tag me in. I still haven’t had a reply from this company. I also emailed them using the email I was tagged into asking for a refund which I haven't had a reply to. My order was finally sent to me and arrived yesterday (only a month late), but only because of the lady on LinkedIn. So basically, there’s no form of customer service in any way shape or form. They are quite happy to take your money, not send the product and pretend you don’t exist. They wouldn’t have even bothered actually sending the product if it wasn’t for the lady on LinkedIn sending them an email. AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T REPLIED TO ME!!!! Awful service.
