Great product, my 13 year old friend loves it. The initial package was lost and not delivered by the courier, but when I contacted 3D PenPro they arranged a swift replacement free of charge.

Still awaiting my order... Offering free next day delivery meaning my order should have arrived Tuesday. Am still waiting... Emailed customer support 3 times and no response

Was given a pen for my birthday. It’s a terrible product. It gets very very hot so it’s dangerous, and the filament is melted soooo slowly and inconsistent it’s not usable. In the bin it goes do not waste your money or believe the reviews on their website

Useless product. All positive reviews are clearly fake. It's just a front for shipping cheap Chinese tat at an inflated price but unusably bad as a product. Don't waste your money.

Awful. Ordered some refills for my 3d pen however they never arrived and customer services just blank all emails.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Scam

I placed a review on their website with a 1 star rating and it is not showing....in fact I can see no low rated reviews at all.I have just messaged the Company to request an explanation .

I bought two 3D pens and neither are working. Not properly packaged.
Cheaply made and the display not showing temperature. The instructions are poor and misspelt.
This is a scam. Avoid at all cost. No response from customer service. Reviews on website are fake as all the same , copy pasted.

I ordered the pen from their website because they had 925 five star reviews and were one of the first websites that come up when you search ‘3d pen’. However, please, before you order from them, read some of their very first reviews. They are all just ‘copy and pasted’, all saying the exact same thing but with different names. Obviously all fraudulent. The pen has been delivered and looks so cheap, I’ve contacted the seller for a refund and not had any response, despite promising to respond within 24 hours. They also say on their website ‘24/7 customer service’…but do not provide a phone number and as mentioned, do not respond to emails. Just avoid.

This pen does not work.
Emailed for troubleshooting. No response after 4 days. Any review that says ‘good customer service’ I believe is a lie. Suspicious that all reviews are either 5 or 1 star? Of course it is. I challenge 3D pen pro to reply to this review. Watch the days go by with no response. Do not give these scam artists your money.

Absolutely Amazing Product, Service and even After Service. I purchased the 3D Pen Pro as a gift for my nephew for his birthday. Typical me, I left it to last minute but to my surprise the team at 3D Pen Pro had the order dispatched the very same day so I received it the next day. Oh by the way, did I mention they even went to the extent to check with me the next day to ensure I received the goods for the birthday? Absolutely great service.

Purchased a pen for a birthday present along with numerous filaments.
Pen doesn't work, I sent an email on December 6th concerning this and haven't heard a thing from the company.
Be very cautious using this site.

Very fast and impressive service. I had placed an order on 08/12/2024 and accidentally chose the wrong colour pen. I immediately reached out and got this issue resolved the same day and the correct pen was shipped and received the following day. The pen itself was of good quality and exactly what I was looking for.

My niece was looking for this for ages!! I finally bought her this 3d pen and it was amazing!! It came the next day which was great and the quality of the pen was very good. 10/10 from me, could not recommend more!! Perfect gift idea

I ordered 2 x 3dpens
One came in a presentation box and the other one didnt. The contents where in an oversized carboard box with the pens just thrown in.
I have tried to contact the customer service but no reply to my emails.
I put a review on their web page but it has been removed

I ordered 4 pens for my nieces and nephews.
2 Came without boxes.....sent numerous emails with nothing back and no contact number on website - currently in the process of getting money back with my
bank.
Do not order!

3d Pen came in package and no box!...What type of company sends out things with no box even though it clearly shows proper packaging on the web site. This company must not be trusted. I have no idea if the pen is working or a return of some kind... I'm sending it back. I will be contacting barclaycard for a refund and to report their poor service.

At the beginning of the Black Friday period I bought a 3d pen pro half price. Unfortunately it came with the completely wrong box, the pen was in a plastic case that wasn´t sealed which makes me think that it was probably a second hand pen. They told me:

"We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect packaging for your 3D Pen, which was due to a temporary shortage of our packing boxes. Would you like us to send you the correct packaging to you via next day delivery?
When I told them I wanted a new pen as it seems to me it was a second hand one, they told me I could get a refund but I had to pay the shipping.

I am now in the process of getting them to pay the shipping and get a full refund when I returned the pen. It was for a birthday present and now it is too late.
Please do not buy from this company.
I can send pictures of the condition of the box they sent the pen in. It is hard to believe.

I'm a big fan of good customer service and that's exactly what these guys have! My ordered arrived quickly, but there was a minor issue with part of it that the team rectified extremely quickly. I wish more companies were as on the ball with their customer service as 3D Pen Pro are. I will be ordering from them again as a result.
