I contacted this company with a few questions about a specific product. Monday passed without even an acknowledgement, and by Tuesday morning I had still received no response.

The initial delay remains part of my overall experience. That said, the company responded later that morning and, following a further exchange, provided useful and technically detailed information. I appreciated the substance and quality of the follow-up.

Good customer service is often the most effective form of marketing. Timely acknowledgement, professionalism, and clear communication are especially important when a potential customer is trying to make an informed purchase.

I ordered the SRP Brake/Clutch PRO mod kit and when I recieved it, bad news, the FedEx packaging was mangled and the mounting brackets for the mods had cracks running through them. I reached out to 3DRAP and overnight they emailed me back and had already processed the replacement.
Mistakes happen. It's no fault of 3DRAP, I lay the blame entirely with FedEx. But their willingness to make it right means the world. Customer service is top notch.

I would recommend wrapping your products in some bubble wrap or something to protect them from these shipping incidents but other than that I'm very happy with their product. The pedal mods feel amazing and add SO MUCH to these entry level pedals.

The new replacement parts arrived yesterday and despite the FedEx package being completely mangled again, 3DRAP put the pedal mods into bubble packaging this time around they survived the journey overseas! Thank god because they really do make a HUGE impact to these MOZA SRP pedals. Thanks again to the people at 3DRAP for an awesome product and great customer service.

bought a MP4/4 wheel, it's a wonderful piece of hardware, it looks fantastic and it's really well made, I love it!

Purchased the throttle kit for the Logitech RS50 pedal set. Build quality is okay, but screws do not fit, and strip out right away. They didn't send all screws they say should be in the kit, missing a plate for the back of tgw pedal and i have a horrible squeak when using it. Their support is terrible and they promise hours to get a response, and yet we're going on a week. No useful response, no accountability. By the time I received their part, I have had to pay close to $100 Cdn. I have had to replace all mounting screws with my own, I have had to super glue parts back together, completely disassemble the part to find the squeak, all to no avail. I can't imagine this is how they intended the part to sound. The 3d print is VERY rough. At this point, it's not worth having on my rig. Complete waste of money. I wish I could upload a video so you could hear it. Ruins the experience of the game. It sounds like a really old, unoiled door hinge every time I touch the accelerator. They have asked for pictures and videos, if which were provided, with no response.

I've ordered multiple things for my logitech but first time i have been disappointed.
Ordered logitech wheel clamps cause one of my originals broke. The replacement looks wonky and it is banana shaped sideways (bent). Thread sorta works with original screw but it is not as great. It def needs actual threading to be done. And the clamp extension pads don't stay on the clamps at all. Which resulted me in ordering more like original style clamps. The replacement clamps would work without these extension pads but if i made those parts then i definetly wouldn't be proud of them.
Feel like 3drap is losing it's quality as i've seen multiple good mods for logitech disappearing.

User-friendly web shop, the quality of the products, correct descriptions, many upgrade options, and easy-to-understand installation instructions. all at a very high level.
It should definitely be mentioned, the fast delivery.
Also, fast response time and friendly and professional customer support that is always ready to help.
The overall impression certainly deserves the highest rating.

Dashboard set gekocht,voor F1 ferrari 500 wheel, met knoppen en stickers.
Schroeven passen niet, de 2 grote knoppen blijven niet zitten(wel het omhulsel maar de knoppen waar de stickers op moeten kan ik niet genoeg aandrukken op de originele knopjes) ik heb de Samsung S5 uitvoering, maar na bevestging zie je de draaiknoppen van het stuur bijna niet meer. Kortom niet echt tevreden.

Great email communication and top notch product that adds a lot of feel to a basic and entry level thrustmaster shifter.

The build quality is excellent and the design is well thought out. The attention to detail is great, especially in the rubber grommet designed to hold the USB C cable in place in the device as the USB C port on tiny logic boards tend to be prone to failure due to vibration and cable movement associated with steering wheels, this small detail will eliminate this issue. The team are great, very quick to respond to queries and always happy to help. 10/10, I will buy other products from this company in future.

I ordered the clutch and throttle kit for my Moza pedals. My package arrived super fast and the product quality and installation were great.

Side note: Upon opening the package I realized there was a part missing. I reached out and 3DRap sent out replacements immediately.

Bought the 3DRap GGKit to upgrade my Logitech G923 to have load cell on the brake and hall sensors on the throttle + clutch as well as improving the feel of the pedals.

The kit was delivered promptly and the instructions are clear and reasonably easy to undertake. The support for some questions was excellent and thorough.

The imorovement to the oedals us fantastic, well worth the money, all round excellent

great experience overall, purchased a couple of their products, but had an issue with the shifter mod. after getting in contact with CS, they acknowledged that a manufacturing issue had occurred and pretty much immediately sent a replacement in the mail, constantly keeping me in the loop. good products, great CS

I purchased the 3drap brake pedal upgrade for my Moza SRP, and I purchased the 3drap Feeling Pro customized kit. I went for the kit with the windsim and pedal vibrations. This is really a great add-on for my rig, and it boosts immersion massively. Mounting the products was incredibly easy. I am a longterm simhub user, it recognized the 3drap feeling pro immediately and this helps setting everything up to your personal liking. Great products, great company, I can definitely recommend buying from them.
