Unfortunately the order did not arrive 4 days after receiving email confirming dispatch.
Left message on ansaphone for someone to call me on Saturday morning .
No callback , I had to make an other call on Monday 24th Spet’24 . Whilst issue quickly identified , last tracking of goods indicated arrived at courier local depot 07:10 Thursday 19th Sept ‘24 , and received call back Monday afternoon confirming replaced dispatched . That was the last contact I have had . No call to confirm order had finally arrived , no apologies . Not a good experience using 3WM for the first time and most likely for the last time

Quick delivery, good service and competitive price
I ordered an ergonomic chair and paid the extra for 3wm's build service. The chair arrived within 2 days! and the price was competitive too, very impressed.

First of all they didn't package my…
First of all they didn't package my item securely. It arrived with no duct tape or any kind of seal, so the box had come open and two of the three items had fallen out and the final item was crushed. Then they said they would send a replacement and I should have it in two days. Five days later, nothing. So I bought the items elsewhere and asked for a refund. They were difficult about the refund, first telling me to throw the crushed item away, which I did. Then telling me they would not refund until they had received the crushed item back. Eventually they agreed to refund. But they refunded with an e-check. Over a week later it still hasn't cleared and paypal say it will take yet another week. This means it will have taken a MONTH for them to mess me around, not send the stuff and finally refund me. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this worse-than-useless company at all costs.

I can see that we issued the refund immediately from our side via PayPal upon your request for this and unfortunately the refund processing time is controlled by PayPal.
