Excellent service and love there products I will definitely order from them again

I'm also one of those customers not happy that my order was shipped from the United States. Yes, I know the site states that orders are shipped from one of its 4 fulfillment centres. But I assumed that as a .ca site, my order for delivery in Canada would be shipped from the company's Montreal warehouse to Canadian addresses. With duty and custom fees, the products are going to cost me a lot more than I thought. I'm also one of those customers who will be supporting sites that I am certain are Canadian.

At first this website seemed too good to be true, it had a weird homepage with many products at really low prices. I was shopping for a very particular piece that has been discontinued in the US and was at first hesitant to buy from a Canadian online store that seemed to have a wide variety of products.

I decided to use Paypal to check out since I am in the US and wanted to be secure. Gio ended being amazing to work with! He reached out to me to give me a heads up that if my package didn't arrive in an a timely manner he would refund my extra shipping (I paid extra at checkout for faster international shipping). It ended up arriving in 4 Business days from shipping (fast given Covid-19).

I buy very niche products and will be coming back to shop 3xtoys and Gio again. I appreciate how discrete he is, the shipping label and credit charge are discrete and anonymous (show up as "Funzone").

Beware, the website may be Canadian but they ship from the USA. Even though they pretened you won't pay taxes, it is a LIE. Custom fees and processing fees will have to be paid upon reception of the package, which can make a big difference (+ 35 % in my case)
The website is very misleading about this and customer service does not seem to care after I pointed it out.
Will stick to true Canadian stores from now on.

Product was great.. and received it pretty fast.. was happy with the overall service and would recommend to others.

all the products ordered were there and exactly what I wanted. Plus everything was on sale which was awesome got some items i couldn't find anywhere else at that price.

Terrible, misleading. They say they are a Canadian store, but they ship from the US, which is slow and you will incur duties, which 3xtoys (Gio) doesn't care about. Won't ever shop with them again.

Got charged custom duties by the post office when it was advertised there woudn't be any on the website ("no border", their own words).

They told me afterwards via email it happends from time to time...

The entire process of ordering from 3xToys.ca was 5-stars excellent. Gio answered all of my questions (very quickly) by email up-front. 3xToys has a huge selection of stuff to choose from, and once ordered, the shipment was at my door within 7-days of processing! Now, sadly, one item I really wanted wasn't shipped to me. It was evidently not in stock... So, I emailed Gio, and in less than an hour he made things right with a refund! This store is (in my opinion) simply THE BEST adult toys company in Canada. Going forward, I don't think that I'd ever order from any other!
