Might as well just burn your money. Their services used to be good, support used to be amazing. Changed around 2021 or so.

Suddenly pulled the plug on their SG servers with no prior announcement and not a single email received. Did not respond for upwards of a few weeks. Of downtime. Of service downtime. Replied with "We have discontinued SG," as if nothing's wrong. Refund took me two months of grovelling, Ellis has told me multiple times that he has sent the money, but I didn't receive any until the fourth time or so.

My data was never given to me. The servers were entirely wiped, and I didn't even receive an apology, no matter how apathetic. I had to remake my entire lobby server from scratch from 1AM midnight to 6AM because they pulled the plug a day of server release.

Don't get anything from System413. You are not valued as a customer, and you are not valued at all.

Its the honest review who seek to buy hosting on sys413.
Their shared plans are good enough for 20-30 player servers.
1 big problem is their support is actually way too slow to respond tickets.
I even bought vps on them waiting 11 days after ended refund. My friend vps took 20 days.
Dont buy vps on them even they cheap. They make you wait minimum 10 days.

Gave me my first month for free after I was having issues. Super fast response time and great quality servers!

I bought a dedicated server for my business that was not delivered. After 1 month of waiting, I ask for the refund.

It's been 24 days since I tried to get a refund for an undelivered service, I still haven't received it. They say they refunded it but my bank tells me otherwise .. And the support is incredibly slow

Hope I get the refund someday ..

Honestly the best hosting for Minecraft as well as Web Hosting. There were issues recently with my server, but all have been sorted out.

I recently got a minecraft server In system413.
server setup was quick and with 0 issues, the performance is great ( 20tps )
i also did some stress testing ( about 150 tnts)

and server is still on 20 tps, i absolutely vouch for this host and if anyone is considering to buy i say go ahead you have nothing to worry about

Terrible... Recently was waiting for my server about a month. But previously my ticket just disappeared. I wanted to buy a server but website didn't accept my debit card. Maybe you're best hosting but website is not usable. Submitting a ticket did nothing - it just didn't open.

Cheap and affordable. The service is quite slow which is understandable since they are looking for new staff at the moment. But I'm satisfied nevertheless.

Another EDIT: Well 413 still kinda sucks, but it's better, the owner explained to me why there was downtime and he MIGHT give me my SLA credit, the 2 months of work lost is still kind of a big oof to me, but the support team response time is much better now.

I got their Minecraft Server Hosting and so far my experience has been amazing! Cheap pricing, great hardware, low ping, friendly support, it doesn't get better than this.

Stop searching. Just give System413 hosting a try, you won't regret it. Definite 5 stars.

The performance is the best overall, but I have some ping issues. That's okay. The services are super fast.

Servers are the fastest I have ever use (especially their No CPU cap scheme) ! Customer support actually listens to you and helps you deal with the problem and not replying with scripted messages. Price is almost criminally cheap compared to any other hosting for the kind of servers you get. The server GUI is very responsive, clear and consice. Amazing 5 stars !!!

Actually works perfectly for what I need.

- slow support
- cant ping them when your server got forced to shut down or got reset datas ( will get permanent muted)
- plugin datas get reset randomly
- unstable server (tps very bad and crash randomly)

System413 has the most delightful staff team and incredible server specs. They work with you on a personal level, based on your budget and requirements to give you the absolute best bang. I would recommend them to anyone with a brain and a need for a server!

i have been using system413 for my first month now and its 10/10. Pretty decent host, cheapest price on the market, and really fast help through the discord server. I have tried another minecraft hosting sites, and they can't do anything whit sys413. <3

I ordered a 2gb server from them, and it took me a day of being ghosted by support and thrown around back and forth by several support staff. After a day I realised that I had given the wrong Credit Card CVV. Fine, ill reenter it no issue. Whats the issue is that they took ages to respond to say "wrong CVV". So me and a support guy arranged to get my server setup first, and ill manually pay in a bunch of hours. When I was ready to pay, alas, still no server. I waited and waited 2 more days and I finally gave up and got a server from another hosting that took like 5 minutes to be ready.

Edit to system413s reply: my server was indeed called suckadick, it does sound like a troll name, but ive no idea why yall think its a troll because I did hand my credit card info over(mistyped cvv oops)
