Refund/playlists but not europe one

Got in playlists but not europe ones as there said.. then they said there doing it all Over again.. but since 2weeks, nothing came. Just a email with sry usualy it dot take so long…

Now i want my Money back and i got no answer for 3 days… dont want to do this review but i see no other way then this to get my Money back..

Hi Marc, the European playlists you asked for weren't a realistic fit for your track, and we told you so honestly. Because we run on transparency and won't keep money for a campaign we can't deliver, we refunded your order in full (€73.10, September 29), even though your campaign had already delivered playlist placements. You asked for your money back, and you got all of it. We wish you the best with your music.

Amazing Results

I made a campaign with 4 Labs fur my track Dreaming in The Sunrise
the Campaign topped my expetentions and reached over 14.000 streams on Spotify. With that campaign I was very satisfied

I had a very positive experience…

I had a very positive experience working with 4Labs on the YouTube promotion of my music. The campaign helped my song “Almohada Testigo” reach a much wider audience and generate strong visibility on YouTube.

Communication with the team was professional, and I appreciate the work they put into promoting an independent artist like me. Based on the results of this campaign, I would definitely consider working with 4Labs again on future releases.

Worth Trying

I decided to try 4Labs for one of my recent releases, and I’m really happy I did. Everything was easy from the start, and I always knew what was happening throughout the process.

The playlists were actually a great fit for my music, and it was nice seeing my track reach people who genuinely seemed interested. I wasn’t expecting crazy overnight results, but it definitely felt like my music was getting in front of the right audience.

I’d happily use them again for a future release.

1000% worth it!

I wasn’t really sure what to expect going in, but the results honestly surprised me. My streams started picking up, my monthly listeners kept growing, and I noticed a lot more people saving and sharing my music. Everything was straightforward, communication was solid, and I felt like they actually cared about getting my music in front of the right audience. The first campaign worked out so well that I came back for my next release, and they delivered again. Definitely a service I’ll keep using!

The team was very helpful

Honestly, the pricing was the first thing that caught my attention — better than other services I'd compared without seeming too good to be true. But what really won me over was that I was dealing with real people the whole way through. I got an email from an actual person, a genuine follow-up to check how things were progressing, and a real report at the end (not just some auto-generated dashboard). On top of that, the playlists felt strong and legit, and the streams seemed real, not padded. Would recommend it if you want a service that actually feels human.
