We had a lovely stay, the apartment was amazing , top quality ,lovely host ,lovely area felt very safe would definitely recommend it is one of the cleanest and nicest apartment we have stayed in.

Apartment too small for three adults &…
Apartment too small for three adults & one medium size dog.
Not very comfortable or cosy! Not a great location for dog users’ as taking dog out for wee etc was straight onto car park. Very expensive 🙃 & extra £10 was added for bringing our pooch.A little bit too clinical & sterile for our liking.It’s not a 10 from Len .

Hi Pauline. Thanks for your feedback but I must say it was a little unfair. The apartment comfortably sleeps four with a king size bed in the bedroom and a large leather sofa bed in the lounge. There is plenty of space for furry friends.
On that point, it is absolutely perfect for dog owners! We have a small garden to the rear of the property that is around 20ft from the front door where dogs can do their business and Barton Beach is just across the road.
Our pricing per night is extremely competitive with other accomodation options in and around Barton. We are the closest self contained apartment to Barton Beach, literally across the road. The other comparable option in Barton on Sea centre is a single 'penthouse' room above a noisy bar/restaurant with no garden, basically a BnB. It's more expensive than we are too.
Our small £10 supplemental charge for bringing your pet(s) is clearly laid out in our terms and conditions that you accepted at the time you booked with us. It is 'not for profit'. It goes to our cleaner in full to pay her for going the extra mile to ensure our next guests don't suffer if they have pet allergies.
We are all personally disappointed that you didn't feel at home in our apartment as we are very proud and passionate about what we have created for our visitors but we do recognise and appreciate that everyone has different tastes, views and opinions. We are doing our best to please the majority.
A favour if I may? Would you be kind enough to reply and just give your opinion of Barton on Sea in general as a holiday destination for the benefit of other visitors?

Great place to stay
Great place to stay, right on the seafront. The apartment was immaculate and the welcome pack of basics was most welcome after a long days drive.
The decor was modern and very stylish, a lot of thought had gone into the fixtures and fittings and the layout was very well thought out.
