I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way. You were informed by your roadside assistance company what our hourly rate was and you approved that rate and had us come out. We got your slides in (which was what you wanted as your primary goal), identified a major issue with the cable channel on one of your slides (it was bent, broken, and pinching wires), and worked with your manufacturer's tech support to identify a possible issue with your fuse box that was preventing your slides from operating from the switches. You told us you would handle taking the rig to a dealer to fix the wire channel issue and to look at the fuse issue after your camping trip this past weekend. If you did not want to pay the hourly rate, you could have not had us dispatched to your location or you could have told us not spend more than X hours on the work. We were in communication with you, your brother, and your friend the entire time we were there. At any time you could have decided that your goals had changed. We wish you well in your continued RV adventures but urge you to consider other people's time and business before agreeing to pay a particular rate and then claiming someone else (i.e., a warranty company who was not involved in the dispatch) was supposed to pay for the services.
