Report this company to your State Attorney General's Office.

They charge a $99 processing fee, they don't pull your credit ( there's no inquiry from this company and I applied in October). They do NOT report your tradeline to Dun and Bradstreet as advertised and at this point I believe they are only a virtual company and not a brick and mortar doing regular business. There's never a person that you can actually speak with and they want you to create a "ticket" and some nonexistent person will get back with you. I've been waiting over 2 months for a report to my credit file and nothing.

Be mindful giving them your Company information, these people are not here to help grow your business footprint they are the equivalent of a predator. Be diligent and watch your bank account, they double dip and duplicate withdrawals which are inconsistent to what you've scheduled. Do yourself and your Company a favor and partner with a more reputable Company that can help you navigate your business footsteps.

UPDATE: 8/17/2025
It has been almost 5 months and there has NOT been one report to D&B. The owner responded to all of the negative Google reviews with claims of miscommunication and promises to reach out to the real people that have been duped by their false advertising and their fake claims of helping you build business credit. To this date, I have not been contacted and I'm sure others have not either. Please do not deal with this dishonest company, they are unethical and have disgusting business practices .

they used my business and identity information to open multiple merchants and my credit score and fico score is droppped, their ceo Nikhil Nanda and tarek Kamal are fugitives I read about them on social media [censored]ing criminals stole my money and ruined my business.

Absolute scam of a company, do not sign up with them, they will misuse the kyc personal information and use your credibility to avoid their scam chargebacks, one of the partner is based in India who is a criminal running financial scam on the bases of this company, they will never report anyone to any business and your business reputation will be ruined working with these mfs.

Mark malaj smokes crack and does fentanyl and steals from his wife and family! He is the main tech support person he came over yesterday I loaned him money, cooked for him, and he went to buy drugs he stole money from me and has been in jail for abusing me he made me loose everything I worked hard for my kids, my belongings, my financials everything he is the biggest crack head please stay far away!!

The worst by far stay far away. They constantly decrease credit limit payment was 4 days late and they turned my card off. Steal and not a good card at all. Been with them 5 years and been a nightmare. Hard to close they just keep putting in request and workers are rude.

Pathetic service by 5 star processing there charges are very high and service is very low in quality according to their pricing.

Do not trust Five star. I had been with them for 2 years and they make the process to acually close the account harder than anything so they can continue to steal money from their customers. They have limited service capabilities that they can offer you. It’s 2023 and they don’t offer the option to tip. Or even same day deposits. Super unprofessional and rude workers I hate that I ever gave them a chance !!!!

As a new business owner 5 Star processing was a good start to establishing business credit. Website could be update, as it was difficult for me to assess if it was a legitimate program. Customer services is responsive to all inquiries.

Never reported our accounts to any Equifax or credit safe. Wasted time and money with this company. The reporting was very misrepresented.

I had watched a YouTube video which recommended 5 Star Processing for an initial credit card for business. I signed up for a webinar for 5 Star to tell you about their product and introduce their other products. I rated this as 4 stars because 5 Star Processing no longer has the product I was interested in, and their website is very vague regarding what exactly you are paying $99 for -- a line of credit? A store credit card? Just for them to provide you with a positive credit experience to the three bureaus? I do not know. The positive part of this whole thing was that the person running the webinar asked what brought me there, and was very quick to explain they no longer had the product I was drawn to, and that the YouTube video I had watched was about a year old. All in all, not horrible. He gave me the chance to drop out of the webinar before wasting time learning about something I was not interested in.
