I am writing this to warn everyone about 6AM RUN and its owner, Hami Mahani. I paid them $4,400 via wire transfer for inventory that was never delivered. For weeks, I have been begging for my refund. I have sent countless messages and emails, but I have been met with nothing but lies, excuses, and eventually complete silence.
This is not just a business delay; this is a criminal scam. They have caused me immense mental torture and financial distress.

The product is terrible. Company supports known cheaters. Also after dozens upon dozens of times, I’ve tried to unsubscribe or opt out of emails and this company ignored my requests. I finally reached out to CEO and he said he wasn’t breaking any laws (hello CAN SPAM Act). Do NOT purchase from this company.

I getting the same experience I see repeated here in other reviews, where the continue to spam my email even though I've unsubscribed multiple time and even blocked some of their accounts on my email. Don't give them your contact details!

I am a company that sells on amazon. I reached out to 6am run I spoke to the owner directly Hami. We closed a deal for 200 units for $4400. After I sent payment he started making up stories that he needs time to deliver the items. He mentioned a few times that hes moving warehouses and that hes sorry. And so I waited and waited. Until I realized hes a scam. I starting looking up on BBB and trust pilot and noticed I wasnt the only victim to Hami's crime. Hes different than all other scammers because he continues with his lies. He will not run away. He will continue answering your phone calls but making up stories. Dont fall for his lies. He sounds like a legit person. He will tell you that he has a warehouse in DE and you are more than welcomed to come down there. He knows what hes doing. Do not do business with him. 6am run, I should have ran. I called him after I already departed ways with my $4400. He picked up not knowing its me. I told him when are you sending the 100k you owe me. He right away response, "what 100k?? I wish I have your 100k!!" Bottom line, RUN. I could have used this money to help pay my kids tuition and instead I handed it over to this scammer.

I am suddenly receiving spam emails from this company telling me about a purchase I have made. I have never heard of this company and have never done business with them. I also have more than Zero reviews on the Trustpilot platform, as they seem to claim about anyone that leaves them a bad review. If, on the other hand, they are indeed a legit business and someone is using their business platform fraudulently, they need to sort it out quickly.

This company continues to send spam emails to my work address, which has never been published or shared publicly. I have never subscribed to their mailing list. Despite multiple complaints to the organization managing their email service, the spam persists. This is completely unacceptable. Please disregard this suspicious “business.”

Despite months of follow-ups, I was repeatedly given excuses and false promises. Throughout this process, I called the company almost daily, trying to resolve the issue, but they consistently ignored emails and only responded via text or calls. Their customer service was dismissive and rude, showing no concern for my situation.

After leaving a review, the seller personally called threatened me and stating that he doesn’t care and would not assist me.

This experience has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. A company should be accountable for delivering what customers pay for and maintaining transparency in their transactions. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. Due to their failure to fulfill my order correctly and the lack of reliable customer service, I cannot recommend doing business with them. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before making a purchase.

6amRun has been a huge part of my running life since 2019. I tried their products and was hooked. Additionally, they have an incredible support group where I have made many friends and learned so much from Hami and all the other amazing customers. I wish I could pick a favorite product, but everything on their line has provided an incredible benefit nutritionally. It’s one of the best companies, and I trust them wholeheartedly!

I feel blessed to have found 6AM Run and give myself the opportunity to test their products. I am a Venezuelan migrant, 57 years old and had diabetes 2 from about 10 years ago. I joined a special training, lost 26 kilos, got rid off diabetes, and now I am 100% healthy and 6AM Run is a real partner, is a family, is a real support every training that I do, I focuss and give 100% in my runs and trainings because I know that 6amrun got my back!!! Police report has been filed, Better Business Bureau review is next, then Amazon Seller Forums and I’ll keep going till you refund me the $2500 you stole from me.

We purchased 220 units from 6AM Run LLC for our Amazon brand in October 2024, and as of today, January 11, 2025, we have received nothing. For three months, we’ve been chasing this brand to ship our products, but all we’ve gotten are fake commitments, irrelevant responses, and delays.

They repeatedly asked to schedule meetings, but no one shows up at the scheduled time. Calls and emails are met with excuses like holidays or vague promises about shipping. After months of frustration, we’ve decided to end this business relationship and have repeatedly requested a refund, but they continue to dodge the issue.

We are left with no choice but to report and file claims with federal authorities and our payment provider to recover our money. We’ve given the brand a one-week deadline to resolve this. This experience has been nothing but a waste of time and resources. Avoid doing business with them!

They charged me almost 5k for an order but never shipped it to me. I did not purchase it from third party. The money is straight transferred to their bank account. I have a valid invoice from the brand. Plus I have all the proof of communication with the brand owner.
I have been communicating with the brand owner for past 4 months but he always gave me false promises over the phone. He never reply to my emails except text messages and calls. I have all the text messages from him as well as zoom calls records I scheduled with him. He is just repeating himself every time I called him that he will work on it and will ship it to me by tomorrow. But that never happens.

I don’t understand how they run this business? With fraud?

As an avid runner, I am always looking to try new products to see if they help with performance and recovery. I purchased two sample packs (a 12-pack and a 6-pack) to try all the products. They were all great, but the pre-workout flavors were my favorite. I plan on purchasing from them again.
