Poor service, poor quality!
The quality of the jumper was awful, so I wanted to return it, only to be told I would have to pay p&p to Canada from UK!
I had to ask 5 times for the return address, when they gave it it was a private residence!
They offered to give me 50% off, I agreed due to the cost of the return postage but actually they only gave me a 45% discount.
Poor customer service and poor quality item, very disappointed.

Placed my order one week ago today
Placed my order one week ago today, said it should arrive between today and this Wednesday but my tracking has been stuck at the same point of “processing details” and “data submitted to carrier” for the whole duration. Doubting if my order will even arrive at this point but I hope it does. Will not purchase from here again after I receive my package as I also messaged about the shipping problem 3 days ago and I haven’t had a response since.

Tracking was awful
The product came in after a really long time but it was also impacted with the Canada Post strike, which I can admit is out of the company's hands. However, there was no communication about that until I reached out asking about the product.
Also the tracking link was awful. When it finally arrived, it didn't even state that in Canada. A week after I got it, I got an update saying my shipment was on the move when I already had it.
I got this as a gift for someone and it was time sensitive so it was awful regarding that but overall, better communication is needed.
