The carts were potent. This is my second purchase of a bulk amount of carts and the new recipe surpassed the old by a mile. The old ones had too much flavor added and tasted kind of like latex gloves. The new ones didn't have much flavor except for the flavor of weed but they were way stronger and didn't have the bad flavor. Just taking a guess but I'm pretty sure it's Honeywell to be used inside there cuz it doesn't taste like distillate either and I make honey oil myself and it tasted pretty much the same definitely worth it the two gram cards still get kind of thick near the end and clog up.
