Don’t waste money there! You don’t get what you pay for, stay away from 86daigou

Expensive shipping and worst customer service. The package did not arrive on time and customer representative told you to wait another month. They hope to drag as long as they could. Tried to lie about the reason for delay. A bunch of crooks. Stay away. I am leaving them for good.

Literally a scam! If you have spare money lying around, donate it to charity, it’s better than wasting it on this website.

They did not tell me about the postage fees until after the items have “arrived in the warehouse”. I have contacted them for a refund, which they have ignored.

Would rate it minus 5.

Would give zero if such option is available. Don't waste ur money & time with them. Double charged me & never help resolve the issue. Shipping fees r undisclosed but sugar coated as reasonable & convenient. Never received my purchase. Learned my lesson, wasted some $70. It's a scam.

If there is a 0 star I would give it without any hesitation. They lost my 600 USD value package in China and made FAKE receipt when I asked for shipping proof. DONOT waste your money and time with them.

Completely scam. Wondering why it still exists and gets more people to be the victim of the scam.

Full of lies! Will tell you shipped but not. And has no shame, they claim paypal's benefit as theirs such as 0 transaction fee. Then when paypal discontinue the promo they put the fee back on without any explanation.
The worst is their system only take their own credit which means you have to buy their credit to pay everything, which also means once you buy their credit you have no way to get refund under any situation. Such as sold out item, or lost shipment.
They have no customer service I high suspect there is only one person/bot replying with only one sentence.
Oh and when they told you any promo such as refund your shipping cost good luck getting them back because you will most likely not. And also refunds are in their 86 credits which means can only pay for their service cost not including shipping, merchandise cost. Basically their credit worth like nothing.

50 items in an order, only received 48!

I feel bad for the buyers below. However, I wonder if you guys were using the one which is in Chinese version only or some other website of the company? I just put some orders from this company (of course by using the Chinese version). It stated everything so clear including how much each item in Chinese currency and in Canadian's, and the shipping fee will be involved at the last step before I paid. And yes I agree that all the discount and coupon things is a lie but they did only charge me what they have stated before I paid. And I never need to email them asking about the cost and they didn't ask me for anymore money after that one-time transaction.

Horrible! It says free shipping globally within 24 hours after you sign-in. It's a lie. After I made the purchase, it has the shipping fee when you add them to ship, and it is so expensive, it is more than the items itself. The customer service said they will refund me the shipping, not withdrawable, so they are only making you pay me. I had to give up my purchase because it does not worth it. Do not buy anything on this website! Hig alert!!!! This is fraud trying to make making through high shipping fees!

REALLY BAD COMPANY
I should have read these reviews before placing my orders from 86daigou.com. My mistake. They have the following negative issues :

1. A lot of hidden costs: they show you the low price for the products. Once a product has been ordered, they will ask you more money for packing cost, shipping cost, insurance cost for shipping. If you don't ship soon enough, they will ask you to pay warehouse storage charge. There is no way for you to find out the shipping cost beforehand.

2. Very bad customer service : they replied to your email promptly but make things very difficult for you. I sent 9 emails to ask for refund after finding out there are so much hidden cost involved. They use all kinds of reasons to delay the whole refund process. At the end, they tell you order can't be refunded anymore due to exceeded the refund time limit. So, you advise you to pay the shipping(very expensive), so they can deliver the item.

3. DISHONEST REFUND SYSTEM : On their website, they show how they can refund you if you are not happy with the product. But, the fact is the refund $ will be sitting in your account and not paying you back cash. It's another painful process to request for drawing out this refund $ from your account.

So, at the end. I ask them to keep the products and the money. Not to contact me anymore to ask for warehouse fee everyday.
My advise : NEVER USE THEM AT ALL.

very very bad experience. Do not want to come back. Charge very high shipping rate. for three light weight books, about $30-$40 for shipping. Hard to return and payment will be deducted for service fee. Also there still two books wanted to return but they said they are question orders, need to wait for seller's answers. Do not recommend to buy from overseas like USA.

I'm sure they are just targeting on customers who unfortunately have no idea about how stupid this website is. Jesus Christ; the transportation fee is most likely more expensive than the product itself. God kill me.

Super expensive, they let you estimate shipping costs, but only allowed you the expensive ones during shipping. Total rip-off. Lots taobao sellers handle international transactions, you should consider using them instead

I just received a survey request from 86daigou and they mentioned in the email, they will give reward after I answer the survey. Either choose to get discount coupon or they direct transfer to our paypal. However, after I answered, they just replied that they will give discount coupon to my account. When I ask to transfer to paypal, they just ignored...If that, how I dare to purchase from them?

This website is scam. They never tell you how much the delivery fee is until you submit an order and pay them. It's much much more expensive compareing the shipping cost from gearbest, aliexpress etc. If you return your product, you could face very high return fee nearly the cost of the item, which actually they don't have yet until you pay very expensive shipping cost. This website lives on this, and because it's regiested in China the law has no use on this company. So, NEVER BUY IT UNLESS YOU ARE TOO RICH.

If you are unfortunately deceived, contact Paypal or your credit card company immediately, I can guarantee you can get your money back. Paypal should definitely suspend this company's account!

You won't believe it... before you buy, you won't know HOW EXPENSIVE the handling and shipping will be. After you buy, you will probably get into the dilemma... to ship it, it costs too much ~ 50% of your goods ... to return, you won't get your money back.

Don't fall for it ever again!
