They are super friendly & accommodating, with up to date coaches, easy communication, even going as far as checking conditions to ensure we made our flights - particularly our contact Liubov and driver Jimmy!

I organised a short trip for 20 people to Helsinki. 8rental were brilliant with the airport transfers and also a trip outside of Helsinki and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have appreciated the service provided by this company, and in particular the thorough organization and professionalism of the drivers .

I booked with 8Rental several months ago when I was booking a trip for 10 people to travel from GARE DU NORD to Normandy and then back to Paris a couple days later. Our driver Omar came into the station to find us and helped with our luggage. He was polite and helpful the entire journey. The company was also very easy to book with from the beginning. From beginning to end, 8Rental was perfect and I would use and recommend them without hesitation.

We booked with 8rental for four days for our large group of 90 people. Everything ran very smoothly – all the buses arrived on time with no delays.

Communication with the company was excellent as well; they responded quickly and helpfully to all our emails.

The only minor challenge was that some of the drivers spoke limited English, but it never caused any real issues. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend 8rental.

This was a business trip and we needed bus everyday for pick up from hotel to fair in Munich. I was a bit nervous at first never having used this company and having paid all in advance, but it was all perfect. Buses everyday clean, new and lovely. Every evening we were receiving email with name of driver, telephone number (in case of problems) and number plate. For the whole week buses were there always in time

The van was super clean and comfy, and the driver Walter was fiendly and knew the best way to get us there smoothly. We felt totally safe the whole time. Plus, a big shout out to the company's attendant Natalie super helpful and kind from start to finish. Everything went perfectly, and I'd definitely recommend their service.

Communication with this company was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed regarding times and pick up etc. The driver was really friendly and on time and messaged us the day before pick up. The private mini bus was pretty luxury and had air conditioning and was very comfortable, price was reasonable for our trip and overall we had a great experience, would definitely use again in the future and would highly recommend.

generally most part of the booking and journey itself went smoothly

there was only two part of which i felt that was room for improvement, firstly is the communication of the driver details, i only manage to get the details at the very last hours instead of the day before, everyone on the trip were panicking as we couldnt get anyone but eventually we manage to solve the issue.

secondly is the aircon of the vehicle broke down on the journey back and just nice heat wave hits, you can imagine how hot it was for all of us going back to the hotel from the trip

overall i would say it was a pleasant experience and will recommend others to book the service

I reserved a small minivan through this rental shop for our company's field trip to Ukraine and during my reservation, my company made some erratic requests to Hellen, who was the attendant of the company. But she managed to meet my demands very timely, replying back to me as promptly as possible and attending to our needs so quick and accurately.

If I were to plan out another field trip to Poland or elsewhere wherein 8 rental can be of service, I would go ahead with this company with no reservation.

8Rental provided us with a minibus and driver for a two day research trip for our team from the UK. Our driver Michał was excellent, always kept to time, needed no prompting for where to go next on the itinerary and was flexible to our requirements. Highly recommend and will use again.
