Teddies where dispatched a week after leaving a bad review on this site. Says alot about that company

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s practices. Unlike most retailers who simply give a fixed shipping date, this company presents two specific options: delivery before Christmas or delivery after Christmas. Naturally, many parents (myself included) will choose the before-Christmas option to guarantee timely delivery.

However, during checkout they also offered an additional plush at a reduced price with "free shipping". I accepted and paid the invoice. Only afterward did I notice that the shipping method had been changed to "after Christmas", completely contradicting our original choice.

When we reached out to customer service to fix what was clearly an issue introduced during checkout, we received nothing but a canned response stating that shipping methods cannot be changed after checkout. No acknowledgment of the situation, no willingness to help, and no solution.

Additionally, it’s important for other customers to know that U.S. law allows sellers to enforce a strict no-refund policy on digital or downloadable items. With that in mind, the fact that this company bundles a digital key for a trivial in-game item with every plush feels very deliberate. A convenient way to ensure that purchases fall under their “no-refund or very limited refund” policy.

In short: Do yourself and your kids a favor and avoid this overpriced and low-value products. 99-Nights officialt plush is just dropshipped, and they are selling it at an extremely inflated rate. The same exact plush can be found on AliExpress.
