Great assistance by Maryam when needed to return unused inks. Due to printer failure and a new printer needed.

The cartridges for my printer didn't work so Maryam at 999Inks set out a couple of options to rectify the situation. Unfortunately no positive result there so, without quibble, replacement Canon cartridges were despatched and arrived here in Guernsey in double quick time. Success, so I cannot praise the Maryam at the customer service team highly enough for their positive attitude to getting a successful outcome.

Used the Chat service to resolve a problem fitting a replacement cartridge. Maryam was very helpful and patient. The issue was fully resolved.

As calling 999inks is not possible at the moment, I had no other option but to try and re-order on line. Had a little struggle at first but received excellent email support by Maryam. My repeat order was already in the basket and the rest was easy. Thank you Maryam.
