I brought my bike in at the end of the day with an issue and Rory was so helpful and understanding. I really appreciated that he fixed my bike so quickly and was able to ride home safely.

I rented a bike to ride the River Loop. I got very good advice, friendly and very relaxed. Unfortunately they don't deliver the bikes (other users had written that). But as I lived centrally, I could walk there. The bike was great, compared to the other bikes I had already rented in Australia. You notice that they also have their own workshop, which checked my bike again. Gearstick, brakes, smooth-running chain (with inconspicuous chain guard!) etc. all flawless. The self-guided tour (via mobile phone in a mobile phone holder) worked well, but you definitely need a full mobile phone battery for it. Helmet, lock, light and mobile phone holder are included in the price. And since they are open until 6 pm, I was able to use the day long enough. I would always rent a bike there again.

I purchased the Pedal Uptown ebike at the Brisbane Store. I hadn't ridden a bike in about 20 years. I definitely recommend this bike for entry level riding. Just took it for a 5 k ride. Love it! Gears are great for hills, and if pedalling got too exhausting, the bike went into cruise mode for a short time. The helmet, lock and basket are also great too. Ty for good service. Wendy

I ordered in May. Now it is approaching the end of October. I have not received my purchase, or any update regarding it (except an out-of-stock text message on 22 May 2022)

Great staff, really helpful with questions we had on products and sourcing alternatives. Separately helped in fixing a couple of minor issues on our sons bike not related to 99 bikes.
