I bought a bike for my grandson for Christmas at 99 Bikes Joondalup. The staff were very helpful and professional. The place was so organised with sales and service at each end of the store. I then returned to the place after Christmas with my grandson so that they could adjust the seat height and to buy him a helmet, drink holder and bike lock. They were so busy but made time for me and also showed me where to locate the user manual on their website. They didn't make me feel silly, even though I didn't know much about bikes and even helped me put the bike back in the car. I can't praise them highly enough. Would definitely recommend them!

99 Bikes Joondalup provided no tracking details for my bike order so I called them and they said they would email me details however they didn’t. End result, the bike was delivered without signature and left at the front door. My son, who’s Chrissy present is the bike, arrived home from school to find it. Chrissy ‘surprise’ ruined! So if you don’t want this to happen to you, or worse someone steals your unattended delivered bike, order from somewhere other than 99 Bikes Joondalup.

I called up in regards to having a bike rack gorgeous my bike that was suitable bought from another company and the gentleman Tom was extremely helpful after explaining the bikes we had and what j wanted he helped me decide on one which I got ordered in and spoke to another gentleman Daniel whom was also extremely helpful and not rushing me to get off the phone and explained products well and explained to me the information I needed to know. Very happy with the customer service.

My online order arrived and was not what I ordered so returned it to my local 99 bikes where they arranged for the correct item to be shipped and I was able to collect it from them. Very professional service.

Great range of products, competitive prices and great service

I purchased a new bike and the staff member didn't set up the air fork suspension for me, nor did he even give me the service envelope with the manual in it! He just gave me my bike and that was it. No mention of future servicing or anything in regards to after sales support etc. I only know this as I took my new bike in to my local store yesterday in Osborne Park as it was making some weird scraping noises. The staff member was amazing in going through everything with me – how it should have been done when I purchased my bike. Very poor customer service from your Joondalup store! I also complained online and received no follow up from this store.

I really like the bike, the service was great. In fact I think it was a little too good. It was sold so well that I only realized later that the frame was probably too small for me. But not after I have clocked many miles already. I felt too stupid to go and complain and is now just living with the consequences. I still think the service was great though. I really love the bike.
