Well they were supposed to service my gears but they are still exactly the same as when I brought it to the shop

Kristian from 99 Bikes at Mile End, South Australia was helpful, patient, enthusiastic and interested in providing great customer service. It was refreshing and much appreciated.

I purchased an eBike from him and he was super informative about the bike, willing to look stuff up and help in any way he could and he genuinely made me feel like a valued customer of the company.

Doubled the price for a tube change same day. Dropped it off for quoted $19 supply and replacement. Pickup one hour later price doubled and no receipt.

Staff at this store (Mile End) are exceptional. Yet another recent encounter with Rob in the service team with my sons bike. Impressive knowledge but also excellent communication with him. Well done team!

Click & collect order. Super fast and the staff on pick up was very helpful and friendly.

I went into store to order a new pump that I required by a specific date. I was advised that the order may take 7-10 days to arrive which was within my timeframe requirements.
10 days came and went and when I followed up I was advised that the order had gone missing somewhere with the transport provider and someone would follow it up and call me back to advise when it would be delivered. I received no call back and followed up on two more occasions again with no call back. On my fourth call I advised that I now wanted to cancel the order as the requirement date had well and truly passed and I was advised that I could only do that if I can back into store as I had ordered in store
I did end up making a special trip into store to cancel the order and am currently waiting for the credit to hit my account and have now received a customer service feedback request.
It is fair to say it has not been a great experience and will make me think twice about ordering anything if it is not available in store. I found the customer service lacking (no call backs at all) and the lack of ability to address the problem concerning.
I am sure others have had great experiences but unfortunately I didn’t

I got 99 problems … but 99bikes ain’t one

Got what I ordered, at the shop I arranged. Would have been better if I could have got it at the Marion shop but that was not an option for click and collect. Happy with the service and communication.

Great service at 99 bikes Mile End, fixed a wheel that was not so round after a prolonged period with a flat tire. couldn't ask for better service - fixed within 10 minutes whilst I waited, thank you

General friendly service, pricing is affordable. Servicing is professional, your always treated as a VIP.

Did my order by phone and was promptly dealt with had to return and exchange due to size and no issues.

Had what I required in stock. Excellent service and assistance by staff in Mile End Branch.
