Bike was made quickly available for collection ahead of Christmas after online order confirmation. Staff provided great after sale advice and support on brakes and made necessary adjustments.

The panniers did not fit my carrier - it did say fits most bikes. But not mine and unfortunately the stock at the local shop has very poor selection

A great store and staff
When I needed to return my purchase and upgrade to the correct product the staff at the Mitchell (ACT) store were nothing but helpful and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met and I had a good experience. I really enjoy visiting this store, can't speak more highly of the people and management.

Poor service on store
Poor service on store - no help, waited for a long time for a price on a certain bike, apparently forgotten about, we were ignored by other staff. Do not recommend 99 bikes.

Bikes were available when we were…
Bikes were available when we were advised they would be, staff contacted us when they said they would.
One bike didn't have the gears set up correctly however. It only took ten minutes to tweak it at home, but if both bikes had run as smoothly as one of them did, I'd have given five stars, no problem.
